A friend of mine had lost over 20 pounds and highly recommended the Bayleaf Weightloss Center. Eventually I tried it out and met the highly trained and amicable staff at the center. They took the time to understand what I needed and set up a realistic program customized for me. In 60 days I lost 30 pounds, from 225 pounds down to 195. I did not starve and they checked my vitals weekly. Further, when I reached my target weight they did not string me along, but applauded my accomplishment and then wrote up a new program to maintain the weight. 6 months later the weight is still off. Also I was NEVER OFFERED A REFUND. NEVER , you really need to stop it and own up to your mistakes. I was a little nervous my first time there because of some reviews I read, but now I'm sure that they were unfounded cruelty directed at this very gracious and honest practitioner. It takes a lot to keep a business running for five years in New York. Although people are quick to criticize, they are sadly slow to compliment a job well done. I have been getting Botox and fillers for years, and have a good understanding of what good results are supposed to look like. I have had Botox twice at Chi Aesthetics, and it was perfect both times. I had fillers done, and the result was better than my previous technician (in another state) had accomplished. She was able to address difficult spots that require a high level of skill -- without injuring me or resulting in uneven results -- despite the frequent interruptions and questions from her trainee. At my most recent appointment, I started asking about her laser treatments and cellulite treatments. She spent the better part of an hour answering all of my questions about each type of treatment, what it does, which treatment would likely have better results for me, and even suggested the less expensive option as being more appropriate for accomplishing my goals. I went home and did some research on the machines and the treatments, and found that she had been flawlessly honest and transparent. I value that so much in a business owner. I'm not just a quick paycheck to her, I'm a long-term investment. That's an attitude that has sadly become uncommon these days. On the technical side, this business has the "Do-it-all" laser! Want to resurface your skin and grow collagen? Done. Want to tighten up the saggy knees? Done! Want to freeze some fat? She has the latest and safest tech for it. This place is a hidden gem, with a family-like ambiance for regulars. Please be nice to these people if you choose to go to them. They are good people who give their time and care freely.
