When I had my regular PAP done, I never received a call with results, so I called myself. The told me everything was negative. THREE MONTHS LATER they called back and told me I had actually been positive for HPV and had to come in for treatment. What if this had been a more serious disease I was sitting around with for months and didn't know about? I could've been spreading the disease as well as jeopardizing my own health. I then switched to seeing Dr. Giannakakos in the same office. He gave me the gardisil vaccine as TWO DIFFERENT STRAINS. I got the first vaccine as the 9-strain variant, and the second booster as the 4-strain variant. And on top of that, the booster was EXPIRED when he gave it to me. I also saw Dr. Giannakakos through Nu-U for laser hair removal. The first session didn't work, the second session left a scar and didn't work. When I saw TWO dermatologists, they both told me that laser hair removal can never be used on blonde hair, he should've known that of course it wouldn't work. In regard to the front desk - it's incredibly hard to get through. There are times of day when they just don't answer the phone at all. They dropped my insurance and didn't tell me at all. I literally called to make an appointment (3 months after I was last there) and they told me they "found out" we dropped my insurance "a few days ago". I called and came in person to ask to have my records sent to a new doctor. I came a week in advance and told them I needed them sent by next week. When I got to the new doctor, they weren't even sent yet.
