I needed my AC fixed, to get on a long road trip back to the Midwest and they got it looked at, parts ordered, fixed, still found another issue after, then another part was ordered and then finally fixed within 3 days. It was the initial part arrival that used most of that time. It's wasn't the crew's fault. Once fixed and working, it's in excellent fashion and I was able to be on my way. That AC came in handy around Sacramento & through Nevada and I'm not even half home yet. I'm a retired Federal Law Enforcement officer & Army Combat veteran so I don't appreciate things "sugar coated" to spare my feelings. Sam keeps it real letting you know what the issue is, the part(s) you're going to need new & what the service is going to cost you. He doesn't try to claim their the best option but he doesn't make you think & feel that they are going to give you an honest effort to the best of their abilities to get your issues resolved.
