Sentry was a company I had heard of but never had any business with so I wasn't sure what to expect because I knew they'd be busy, as we were obviously not the only people affected by the storm. Not to mention, I live about an hour from Norman where they're based out of. Blake answered the phone and surely heard the desperation in my voice (can't sell a tornado damaged home!). He had one of his foreman at my house THAT DAY to assess the damage and estimate what it would take to repair. Very quick and very responsive. Here's where Blake separated himself from the other contractors I spoke with... after insurance had their inspector come out they tried skimping out on us big time. I was given a laughable report! 40 shingles, 12 sq ft of siding, yada yada.. I'm no roofing expert but from the ground with the naked eye I knew that wasn't accurate. Blake was completely honest and transparent from the get go. He assured me I needed a complete roof replacement (which I had already thought myself) and that there was much more damage that needed addressing. A thorough professional in my eyes. He took it upon himself to help deal with the insurance company and get another inspection done with his guidance. The tone seemed to change afterwards and we were scheduled for all our repairs immediately. I will do my best to remember to update this review with pictures after the repairs. Thank you Blake! When a shingle accidentally scratched my garage door. Instead of trying to rub it out you went ahead and hired a professional painter to repaint both garage doors. Not only that you wrapped my whole house in gutters for the inconvenience it's caused, instead of the original 3 gutters I had. Since the new gutters matched the garage doors and not the original paint on the house you went ahead and painted my eves and gables plus stained my wood and shutters.
