He was also on time/arrived between the times discussed and also left according to the allotted schedule. He wasn't intrusive in regards to the conversation my husband and I were having during the time he was there. Although, he was a good listener when I asked for things to be done or my concerns around the house. In the same vein, he wasn't trying to sale me the moon. When I would say I wanted something done down the road, he wouldn't push it. Also, Tom has great ideas like when we asked for a boarding gaming table which could be covered with leaflets. He also took into account our budget with some of my bigger ideas for the house. In all things pricing, he was very fair but conscious of his quality of work. Tom provides invoices for his service via email. He soon will be accepting cards as payment (available around 1/21/2020). If you are also looking for wood work/refurnished furniture or something of that nature, he is available. Also, his wife provides great décor for a reasonable price if you are looking to spruce up your home after his remodel/handyman work. The manufacturer backs up the warranty as we found out. One of the screens had a fault, so Dusty of Mid-del contacted the company. In a few days, a company rep showed up at our house and installed a replacement screen. I can't say enough about Mid-del. They were fast. They cleaned up after each window. They took down all the curtains and blinds and put them back up. They even fixed one of my curtain rods. I hoped that they wouldn't mess up all my plants under my windows too bad. I was surprised to find that not one plant had been stepped on. All this quality and service for just a little more than my neighbor paid for the cheapest windows at Lowe's.
