You can take classes like yoga, spinning, etc. I never tried it, but the classes always look full. If you take an annual pass it costs approx. 1200 sfr a year. But you can always find a promotion or a good deal. Normally as of may they start a summer promotion plan for 3 months for only 200 Sfr. So if you wanna try out you should do it during summer. If you take an annual plan you have 5 coaching of an hour that you get for free. They really help you very well and professional. You have 2 changing room for men and 1 for women. Up on the second floor you have a relaxation zone. There is a swimming pool with jets, deck chairs around the pool, a Kneipp stone pad, relaxing booths (with daily newspapers and magazines), 2 sauna`s + a seperate sauna for women, hammam, showers, small cold bath and a meditation room. On the same floor you also have tanning studios, but for this one you have to pay. It is approx. 1,70 Sfr per min. You can also book a massage. Different kinds of massages. Love this gym!…read more Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean, they have a sauna, a steam bath, and showers with Molton Brown shower gel, a great mirror room in which you can train alone if there are no classes and a nicely stuffed gym. With every visit you get a towel and a water bottle for free. The gym is quite small, so there might not be as many classes as in other gyms, but there are also less people, so usually it isn's overcrowded and the people are usually really nice and easy to talk to. The Indigo is literally the only gym I ever liked going to, and that means a lot.

The first time (was also my first time in a Haman place) I went to this place I was very well helped by the staff. I had no clue how it worked. Especially once you are in the Haman part there is a small corner where you can buy some drinks and food. The lady really explained it very well and was so nice with us. The Hamam is divided in 5 - 6 parts (you have to follow a path). And you can end with a massage, for this you have to pay extra off course :) The cool thing about this Hamam is, wenn you are a member of one of the 5 Gyms from Migros in Zurich, you can go for only 5 SFr. Really worth it. If you are in Niederdorf and need some relaxation time, just pass by.

I complained to the front desk and they said they'd relay the experience I had to the manager (German speaking). For anyone going there for service, steer clear of Lino, he clearly had anger issues. It's only because of my encounter with him that I rated this facility a 3-star instead of 5.

The teachers are all very experienced and from different sports background. They are all very helpful and make sure you make the best out of your lesson. Last but not least, there is always good music in the studio, so you always leave the classes energized and in a good mood. The Lagree fitness method is the best thing I have ever encountered in terms of sports!

I would say you need to be fit to a certain extent to start training here, but then you get incredible results in a short time. Also check out the videos on their website or Facebook page to see what to expect, as this not a traditional Reformer class, but still one of the best kinds of training I tried. I got on very well with the instructors, too, who always helped me whenever I needed correction, I liked the music and the atmosphere as well and after each and every training I felt that I improved a little. Will definitely go back when I'm in Zurich again.
