At the end of the event, the same staff member returned to announce the honeymoon winner, reading a pre-drawn ticket number. The bride and her mother nudged the fiancé--who hadn't even looked at his ticket--before he finally claimed the prize, awkwardly feigning surprise. It was the same blue ticket placed in front of them at the start. This sequence of events strongly suggests that the outcome was predetermined. It is extremely disappointing to witness such a lack of fairness, integrity, and transparency, especially at an event meant to celebrate such meaningful moments. I am happy for anyone winning an amazing honeymoon - but the fact that it was rigged to gift to someone predetermined soured my experience and trust in attending any future events. Beyond the disappointment in the moment, the implications of this are significant. Many brides came with genuine excitement and invested their time, under the impression that they had a fair chance at the prize. The rigged grand prize not only undermines that trust but also damages the credibility of the organizers and participating vendors. I was not the only witness. For upcoming bridal shows, I will not be attending any run by this company - and I highly advise any brides attending or thinking of it to come in with the expectation that the main prize is likely someone the staff knows or has prearranged with to win.

From the moment I spoke with her, I could tell that she was someone I could trust to make sure that our day was amazing. I am a perfectionist to a fault, and I had very specific ideas and needs for the wedding. I was worried that I wouldn't find someone who could do as good a job as I could with organization, delegation, and accuracy. But she remembered every single detail. She also handled some larger issues - such as helping me with the shuttles. We needed shuttles for 130 people to leave the venue at essentially the same time - and I could not find a 3rd shuttle. She was able to book me an additional coach bus within 4 days of the wedding - that honestly saved the day. I also asked her to come to the florist with us so she could see our 'vision', since it was a bit more than just putting flowers on tables. When I arrived at the venue, I saw that she took our vision and made it even better! She added touches of gold and lights and greenery in places I didn't think to decorate, and it looked amazing. She was with me the entire night, keeping the sleeves of my dress from falling, helping me with eyedrops when I couldn't see, and constantly checking in with our band, maître d', and photographers to make sure everything was running smoothly. She got us through the mid-reception family photos (which I thought would be a disaster time-wise) so quickly, and was truly managing the time for the entire night. All of the vendors raved about her, and said her communication and precision was impeccable - and that she had great improvisation skills for whenever things did go a bit astray. I didn't have to worry about anything the entire evening, and that was the best feeling ever. Veronica is great at what she does - which is making sure your day is amazing. The day of the wedding, however, these people brought completely different flowers than the one my sister had selected. Additionally, the flowers they brought were drab, lifeless, and wilted. Take a look at the attached pictures and judge for yourself. Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.
