The claims adjuster was not helpful and fact falsely reported that the minor damage was major as as a result the carfax report affecting the resale value of the vehicle. I have a friend who uses Berger and ONeal for their insurance and Michael Berger and his staff looked at my policies and recommended new carriers that in total saved me at least $8000 in this first year. At first I was very apprehensive as I knew my premiums were already quite low given I had excellent track record with my home and auto and I was with them for almost 15 years however I still gave Pankaj a try.
