I am actively looking for a new agency as I've been a customer of Stallings for many years and yet I can't get a return call, a return text, or return email any timely manner. My homeowners insurance premium has gone up by several hundreds of dollars. I tried to get answers and they kept saying they would review my policies but no one ever has. They've been too busy and has switched me to different agents over and over. When I have an issue or claim to file, I guess I'm simply on my own. Which I have been handling on my own so literally what's the point. I guess my business is not important to this firm, which is great I'm happy to take it elsewhere. I've literally had trouble getting responses from them every time I needed something. So at this point, I will cut my losses and send my commissions to another agency who actually values my business. Hopefully when you consider working with them, make sure you are someone they are willing to respect and work with. I'm clearly not their type of customer. I have refrained from posting a review about your company for YEARS. And I have all of the texts, receipts, emails, etc. And would be happy to share all the details on a full blog post about this farce of an agency. Your reply is a clear attempt to gaslight and appear to be reputable and competient. When in FACT, each interaction with your agency has been painful!!! What exactly are you here for? When I needed to add a new car to my policy, it took me FIVE attempts to hear back. When I asked to get my home owner's policy reviewed, YOUR agency scheduled an appointment but NEVER called. The woman said she got busy but never rescheduled. I HAVE THE EMAILS, so don't pretend! You are a farce. You spend time pounding on the makeup and running after new clients instead of servicing existing clients. CHECK my emails to your agency. HOW many??? How many have I sent, asking for a simply response to simple questions?? But you are unresponsive. Why don't you contact me to get me out of any future dealings with your firm. I spoke with Colin, who provided me with a quote for the new vehicle. I asked him to email the quote to me, but he explained that due to a system change, he was unable to send the email at that time. He advised me to call back the next day to move forward with the process and assured me that he would leave detailed notes about our conversation, including the quote he provided. When I called back the next day, I spoke with Marisa Litavis, and unfortunately, she seemed completely unaware of the conversation I had with Colin. Instead of professionally reviewing the situation, she made an inappropriate comment along the lines of "you know men do not give details," and also made additional comments about Colin's work ethic that I should not have been privy to as a customer. That was extremely unprofessional. Marisa then gave me a new quote for the vehicle, but the amount was over $100 more per month than what Colin had quoted me the day before. When I questioned why the amount was so different, she stated that they were doing system upgrades and said she would double-check and call me back. When she called back, she told me that the higher amount was the new price and that Colin's quote was incorrect. Because of the drastic difference in price, I let Marisa know that I would be shopping around for more affordable insurance. I ended up finding a new policy for both my home and auto insurance with another large company. Not only was the new company able to offer me better coverage, but the price was also much more affordable than what I was being quoted through Steve Cannon State Farm. Since the State Farm office was already closed by the time I secured my new policy, I waited until the next morning to call and cancel my existing policies. When I called, I spoke with Marisa again and informed her that I wanted to cancel because I had found better and more affordable insurance. Her tone and attitude toward me were extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I felt mistreated and disrespected, and honestly, the way I was spoken to made me feel like I was being treated unfairly as a Black customer. Marisa told me she would cancel the policies and that I should receive cancellation information. Because of how poorly the conversation was going, I told her I preferred to stay on the line until I received confirmation. She rudely told me to "hold." Once she came back on the line, I was able to confirm that I received the cancellation information. However, while I was still speaking, Marisa abruptly said "okay, bye" and hung up while I was mid-sentence. I called back and told her that she had hung up on me while I was speaking. She denied it and became argumentative. She also stated that she wanted the rate and company information for my new insurer, but at that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing that discussion. I told her directly that her behavior was rude and unprofessional. I have had my home and two vehicles insured through this State Farm location since I purchased my home in January 2021. As a long-term customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect, professionalism, and fairness. Instead, I was met with inconsistent quote information, inappropriate comments about another employee, a lack of accountability, and extremely poor customer service when I decided to move my policies elsewhere. I used to think highly of State Farm as a brand, so this experience was very disappointing. I truly hope State Farm does not condone this type of behavior from any office representing its name. It is unfortunate that this location gave me such a negative final experience after years of being a customer. Steve Cannon State Farm needs to do better. Customers should be treated fairly and respectfully, even when they choose to make the best financial decision for their household. No customer should feel mistreated, dismissed, or disrespected simply because they found more affordable insurance elsewhere.

The claims adjuster was not helpful and fact falsely reported that the minor damage was major as as a result the carfax report affecting the resale value of the vehicle. I have a friend who uses Berger and ONeal for their insurance and Michael Berger and his staff looked at my policies and recommended new carriers that in total saved me at least $8000 in this first year. It was the best insurance move I have ever made.

Terri worked with our problems and got us individual plans for each person when we first started with our health two years ago. This year teo insurance companies canceled their coverage and didnt alert us unril November, and the third child needed to change. And ihealth was quick to respond to me in multiple ways, (text, email and calks) and the back-and-forth of trying to get in touch was minimal. On top of that i was able to connect with the original broker id established rapport with two years ago! The personal interaction is so warm. Terri, our broker, took the time to really understand our individual needs. And in each case thoughtfully and thoroughly helped us navigate the system without having to sweat. She even called the GA exchange to help to get dates right. I actually talk this group up outside of online reviews. I tell my kids if there's anybody they know who needs help navigating and getting ACA through a brokerage to call these people. I don't think I can recommend them highly enough. They seem to be in it for the right reasons, everyone i interact with is friendly, and clearly they hold onto their employees. They're great!
