When we expressed our concern about the integrity of the tree (after it had been damaged by a fire 1 year ago), the property manager lied and stated it had been assessed by a certified arborist and deemed safe. Based on my home cameras, I knew this to be a lie. I hired an independent certified arborist who immediately advised the tree was a safety hazard to anyone living near it. Had I accepted their lie, I would have continued to let my children play under the tree and who knows what could have happened. Their willful negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable for anyone claiming to be a professional.

Myers or not was nowhre near FL somewhere else as in Jamaica, New Mexico and Denver. Communication is non-existent. Send multiple emails and voicemails requesting to be contacted and nothing happens. If you're looking for a professional PM company, look somewhere else. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.

This company recently took over our community. Two days ago my gate pass (that I've had since…read morebuying my home in 2018) stopped working. I also could not utilize my issued gate code. It is an unmanned gate. I have called their office numerous times since with zero response. Today I visited the office and was told the person who issues codes was not in so they could help me. They had a whole drawer full of passes but none for me. I pressed the issue and a man claiming to be the owner came out to the lobby and asked me to "take this outside" as if he were going to fight a man in a bar. I politely declined and after I finished explaining the situation he yelled at me to get out of his office and not come back. I have no access to my property where my kids live with me. I won't get into other issues because this one seems most pertinent in expressing the level of neglect and unprofessionalism.
