Reed Schifferman handled a medical malpractice suit for me some years ago. He was sorely lacking in insight and had no ability to deal with a person who had suffered grave mental and physical anguish. Basically he told me what he thought had happened and prompted me to repeat his story which was not a very strong story before the law. I was very ill at the time and basically followed his prompts when the bottom line is that I did not know the answers to a lot of things he told me that I knew about. Consequently, the case unraveled and in the end he turned against me to protect his own self interests. I can say this with authority because my second legal team assured me that if I did not know the answer to something that I could just say "I don't recall" during deposition. The man is a bully which may serve him well in some cases but in the end he turned this against me his own client. Please seek a second opinion before signing on with Mr Schifferman. read more
