I was told that he would represent me through pretrial and if needed to go further I could make payments. One week prior to the hearing he tells me I need another 3600 for him to continue or he's withdraw at hearing which he did. During the time he was my attorney the only effort he put in was to try to get me to accept a plea despite my saying from the start I would not accept a plea and wanting to fight. I have requested a refund and they are denying it with lawyer word salad and so I will seek an investigation.
