There have been numerous no-shows and last-minute delays, often without proper communication, which has made it difficult to rely on scheduled appointments. On multiple occasions, she has arrived late or not at all, which feels unprofessional--especially as a paying patient with a set schedule. Billing has also been an ongoing issue. I've encountered repeated problems and confusion with charges, which adds unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. What's most concerning is the lack of continuity in care. Each session feels like starting over, as she often seems unfamiliar with my history and concerns. This makes it hard to feel heard or supported, and gives the impression of disorganization and inattentiveness. Additionally, responses to messages or concerns can take several days, which is not ideal when timely communication is important for patient care. Given the cost of services, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, organization, and attentiveness. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience, and I would not recommend this provider based on the consistency of these issues.

He prescribed that I do mindfulness exercises for 2 hours a day 7 days a week. When I told him I didn't have time for that, he claimed I was a liar and then started cursing at me, which was really unprofessional.
