Well, Sun Valley has obviously gone below minimums and you find yourself diverting to Twin Falls with a plane full of pissed off passengers. It's a good thing Reeder is here to greet you. Chances are they'll have your customers rental car pulled to the plane and they'll be happy to provide you with a level of service on par or greater than that of the national chains. We ordered food ahead of time and found it there promptly and it was quite tasty, especially the coffee cake!
