I didn't mind sharing the.cab but then he placed me in the third row even though the pilot crew had not arrived. I suggested I could sit in the front seat but he stated it was for the pilot. Felt like the days prior to civil rights for me--"get to the back of the bus BOY." On top of that I asked the driver to drop me off first as my drop off point was on the way to the pilot crew's drop point. Driver said it made sense but he had to drop them off first. Without acknowledging my request, she hung up on me. I called back to say that we were cut off. She responds in an extremely irritated tone that she "got it" and hangs up again. The cab did show up at my set time. The second time I called, I requested to be picked up. The same dispatcher said that they will be right out. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting. I call back and an automated message comes on and says NOT to leave a voicemail because they won't receive it. Not sure what to think about that... Anyway, I called Checker Cab and they were out to pick me up within 10 minutes of my call.

After two more phone calls my ride arrived over 45 minutes late. However the driver texted me when he was in his way and when he arrived. He loaded skis and luggage for 5 people into the van and gave us a safe and smooth ride to the airport.
