The space is nice and the concept is cute. We had a great time, initially. Everyone paid, their separate tabs, once done with painting. We then went to dinner around the corner. Once talking we realized that they overcharged everyone because they didn't take the $20 deposit off of everyone's final total. We called to let them know and was met with hostility immediately and told that they didn't do refunds. Once we ordered, the group decided to go back over there. Asia very rudely refused to give us the difference, even with the other employee letting her know we were in a party. We will be contacting the bank, CPFB and the BBB on this business as this is not acceptable, nor legal. Please save your time and make your way to another place.

There was one woman working and she lacked customer service skills. We waited 10 minutes before being helped and finally when she decided to help us there was no enthusiasm or excitement when she spoke. It made our experience boring and dreary . The ceramic pottery was pricey so we decided to paint a wooden piece. To paint 2 wooden objects came to $40. I had instant regret staying and spending money. I could have went across the street to hobby lobby and got two large wooden pieces for $10. I feel if the woman had better customer service I wouldn't feel such regret. Maybe I'll try their pottery spinning class.

We were greeted and offered assistance upon entry and given some insight into several of the artists. A lot of the artwork was pricey, like in the tens of thousands of dollars, but I expected nothing less. I also enjoyed seeing so many different types of art from different artists. There was so much to see here and we enjoyed it all. This gallery has beautiful hardwood floors and beautiful bright lighting. It just opened the space up even more and made the visit even more inviting. The had a huge selection of art in here. I really enjoyed the profile paintings of people's faces.

The gallery is a large space divided into two large sections with a smaller attached room in the back. It's clean and comfortable. The lighting is good. I can't comment on the staff because I'm not sure if they were actual gallery staff or staff specifically hired for the event. Overall, really nice venue to host an event. Looking forward to attending more events here in the future! Location: hidden off Armour drive exit and Monroe. There's plenty of parking. Although, I've spent most of time indoors, I believe they have some outdoor space that can be utilized as well.

The owner is knowledgeable, personable, and a huge fan of art, and it shows in his work. I came in with an oversized art print (30x40) and an idea of how I wanted it framed. He gave me two ways of framing and quotes for art glass and regular glass--no pressure to buy, just giving us the information. I appreciate that he wanted to give us options that were in our budget. I chose a floating mat and maple frame with an inch border around, and the price was more than reasonable. He completed the framing in 3 business days (!) and even helped us carry it to the car. The most impressive thing is that Eric remembers every person's art piece, without even needing to look it up. It's a personal touch that I found remarkable, compared to other shops I've been to (which were prohibitively expensive). The shop does also showcase Eric's own work which is really cool! All in all, I would trust Eric with framing any keepsakes or cherished art that you may have.

In talking to Eric, I've learned that he has framed art and memories for politicians, and musicians, as well as preachers and teachers. He cares for everyone and each job as though it was a gift for his own family. He loves hearing the stories behind your special memories and he use that to help you find just the right frame. I couldn't recommend Eric any more highly.
