They priced over 20 prints for me, gave me stats of their inventory, and then after I selected the 50 I wanted, still helped me pick others when I changed my mind about one of them. I can't reiterate how helpful they were over the course of a few days to ensure I was happy with the prints I selected. I will definitely purchase from them again professionally and personally. I received my Kinara with a cup and I love it! The only issue was if you want something quick it's not going to happen. They didn't send my shipment out until a full week later and I had to call to see what was going on. Then that's when I was informed that they're going to ship it out that day or the next. Do not waste your time or money. I've been calling and emailing this company about an order placed October 15th. I initially requested two day shipping because I was getting item as a gift. Didn't receive it. Ten days later I get an email that item was no longer in stock. I responded to the email as directed about the substitution. Still no response. Called on Oct 29th to follow up. I was told that the item would be shipped out that day and that I would receive a refund of the cost difference and my shipping fees. Still didn't happen. Received a "shipped" email on November 7th. Still no item. Called on Nov 15th, Nov 26th and December 6th and left messages. Still no response. Seems I can neither get the merchandise or my money. On September 21, 2021 I placed an order online for two pieces of artwork. I wanted them both framed. The issue with this company started the moment I pressed send. Their website allowed me to ask for expedited shipping on the framed pieces of art, the next morning I was immediately called and told we can not expedite framed pieces of art they will take up to seven business days to ship. I agreed to it and expected that in 7 to 10 days my two pieces of art would ship. well today is October 18th, not only do I not have my art but this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. buying three separate homes was easier than buying two pieces of inexpensive art. When I finally receive one of them last week, it arrived damaged and when they installed the hanging hardware on the back of the framed art they put it in upside down,so I would've had to hang this picture sideways ....unbelievable. For me the most difficult part is that I was shown very little care and concern with the exception of one person I believe her name was Shelly Ann but the manager of Marcus Horrible!!! all of my emails were completely ignored it with the exception of when Shelly Ann would reply. so finally I just said to them just give me back my money $300 and I will find somewhere else to spend it where I'm valued. buyer beware read more

EZ Returns??? Nothing of the kind. Poor customer service and bad attitudes! I just attempted to return this purchase, in the store, for a smaller size and got all kinds of bad customer service. First I was told that the canvas had a crease and was not returnable. A crease? I tried to explain that I had nothing to do with a crease on the product and just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. They refused my request and when i asked to speak to the owner, Marcus, I was told that "He won't refund you or exchange it" and was not even given the opportunity to speak with him. I asked what about the return policy and got a list of excuses, such as it has to be within 10 days. I just got the package at my home 3 days ago!!! Never again will I attempt to do business with this company and suggest that everyone avoid it at your own risk. I am now stuck with a piece of worthless canvas to the tune of $139.00 due to their greedy business tactics. Don't let it happen to you! read more

Purchased a group of 3 figurines for my mother. Ended up with a duplicate for 1 of them. Contacted customer service to be able to send it back and get the correct item. I paid for shipping to have the duplicate sent back. i was informed once the return was received the correct item would be sent out.Waited 2 weeks for the correct item. contacted customer care again and was now informed i had to pay for shipping on the new item as well. during all my previous contacts with customer care i was not told i had to be for shipping again. poor customer service.That will be my last order from the black art depot. read more

Ordered a print from this company and the print was bent so I returned it to the address I was given. After sending the print to their North Carolina address that was given to me I was then given a new address for Georgia two days later after sending my return away already. I contacted The Black Art Depot and they said sorry we forgot to update our address on that page and offered no way to help. Now a month and a half later the package is still in North Carolina missing because they didn't have an updated forwarding address for The Black Art Depot. I sent numerous email to this company and only got a sorry we can't help response twice. Now I have no print and I'm out $250+. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. read more

When you say I will get my order in 3 to 7 business days, that's what I expect. Or, I expect you to let me know that the product is on back order in a timely manner. I called you about the order and left a message. I received a voice message two days later telling me my product was on back order. Very disappointed in your customer service. I was satisfied with the actual products I ordered, art work. However, the processing of the order was unsatisfactory. On one occasion, I ordered two pieces but, only one was shipped with a notice that the other was not in stock. Inventory should reflect that upon purchase, not shipment; I had already custom ordered a frame because it was available at the time I paid for it. On my last order, I was shipped something completely opposite of what I ordered, and when I contacted "customer service", I had to continuously check with them on the status of if my piece was in stock, when it will ship etc.. Rather than them updating me because they made a mistake. On top of that, they wanted me to print out a return label and go through the process of shipping their wrong item (greeting cards) back to them.
