I called Mr Cool yesterday, said it was not an emergency, and they sent a tech this morning who saw the issue, and fixed it promptly. Compared to my old house in Fort Lauderdale, this AC unit is efficient and sized properly; a quarterly maintenance plan offered by Mr Cool will keep it that way.
