UPDATE So I received every order I have ever placed with Reefs2GO two days ago. They replaced everything and shipped it to me overnight. I am happy to say everything arrived alive. They even called me to make sure everything was good. I was a little harsh in the below review and did not give them adequate opportunity to make things right. Clyde satisfied customer Ok so I received my order yesterday This is ridiculous, I am completely appalled by the lack of quality products and substandard customer service. Keep your store credit. I will NEVER purchase from you again. As of now I will start a campaign to have your business license removed so your organization can stop fleecing money from good people who enjoy this hobby. I give Reefs2go 5 out of 5 stars. I've ordered from them six times now over my 3+ years keeping coral reef aquariums and plan to again many more times (that in itself should be a pretty good indication of my satisfaction). I live clear across the country in Washington State and only once did I have a DOA problem, possibly by fault of late mail delivery... and I'd say they went beyond my expectations for setting it right with minimum effort on my part. I've also had a couple little technical issues on their website but they were very easy to work with to fix the problems (a gift code once stopped working and I've failed to make a "combine" on time). I'm impressed by how hard the employees seem to work to help solve issues and the ease and frequency of communication via email. I have one suggestion for how they might improve coral shipping success: when attaching the frag plug to Styrofoam blocks so that it will float inverted, improve the method of attachment (I had a couple plugs fall out of the blocks but the corals were still ok). All things considered, I give them 5 out of 5 because I've had great success with their shipments, they have great prices, and I look forward to making future orders from their always-changing selection. read more

I have ordered several items from Reefs2Go. I have had about 5% of corals and 0 fish that I have ordered actually live (zero items purchased from LFS have died). Most of the time customer service responded and took care of me. I had ordered a clean up crew from them before and most everything was alive. I had a hair algae problem pop up from a coral I purchased from a LFS. I decided to give Reefs2Go another chance and order a clean up crew. I ordered a pack with 2 Nudibranches and several other crabs and snails. The box arrived and upon opening it I smelled something dead. 2 dead emerald crabs in murky gross water were in the box. I did not order emerald crabs. They sent the crabs in place of the Nudibranches and the bonus was they were DOA. I opened the crabs and snails and all the large crabs were dead, but I could only find 2 bodies to take pictures of. I wrote them and followed their instructions including sending pictures. 2 days have gone by without any acknowledgement of my issue. I did not even report all the large dead crabs, just the 2 dead ones and the crabs in place of the NUDI's. We will see if they actually get back to me or not. read more

Reading the Yelp reviews after making my order made me very nervous, so I wanted to follow up. I think these guys are getting a bad rap. I ordered about $150 of coral and fish on some of their specials - mainly Zoos and other softies, but some fish and inverts too. They shipped within a day via UPS and it arrived early so I had time to do all my acclimation. Everything showed up healthy and labeled, some of the coral colonies were huge for the price. I live in Florida, and they're in Florida, but about a 4 hour drive away. I think a big part of people's complaints is that they ordered from California or Maine and are surprised that the stuff they ordered isn't all that healthy when they arrived. All in all, can't beat free shipping and the prices, everything survived the trip and I'm a satisfied customer. In my opinion, you can order with confidence. read more

I have ordered from reefs2go once now, am getting ready to this week again. Had some problems with my 1st order due I think to the weather mostly from Florida to Pa but they were promptly taken care of by Racheal and each question I have asked since has been quickly and politely answered!! Awesome customer service, 1 of the best to deal with. I will continue to do business with them. Very satisfied. Thanks. On a side note my cousin also ordered a 100 count clean up crew which ended up being 6 days in shipping in the winter thanks to Usps, but about 50-60% still survived and he contacted them and they said they would take care of it. I found Reefs2go about a month and a half ago. Since then I have left another supplier that kept sending me dead on arrival fish! Speaking to that supplier was very difficult because they where busy all the time. I can call R2G and get someone right away that is knowledgeable and helpful! I've read the reviews and do not understand where they are coming from! I have had nothing but good friendly service from them and am very pleased. All the coral and livestock I have received from them has come in good shape and seem to be thriving. As a matter of fact I had some trouble with my chem readings and called them asking what to do. Reefs2go has been one of the only places I buy coral from. I have received 3 deliveries from them and everything has been healthy and alive. Within minutes after acclamation and placing in my tank everything has opened up. They also have the best prices out of any local stores and online stores. Also, one thing they did was honor a 50% discount to me when I placed my order one day early and didn't realize they were going to have a sale. All I did was send Candace an email and she replied, on a Saturday and Sunday too. Way to reefs2go. Love your store, prices, corals, shipping speed, and customer service. I was told by many people NOT to order from reefs2go. However, they were the only company I could find with available blueberry gorgonians. I was also impressed that someone via Facebook messenger took the time to speak with me numerous times, answering all my questions. So, I placed an order for blueberry gorgonians, an acan, a hynophora, and a dendro. My order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Everything was perfect, and exactly what I ordered. I was very happy that I decided to take a chance on this company! My corals are thriving and I will definitely order from reefs2go again! This place AKA Aquariumdepot.com has gone down hill in a bad way for some reason. I was getting great service as well as awesome pods and cleaners for my reef tank for years from here and now after getting multiple recent orders with mostly dead cleaners I finally can say I am finished with this store. They had a great deal before for 250 pods at $10 shipped free that they have now doubled the price of overnight.I have never ordered corals from here so I cant review that side of their business. Its a shame to see such a great place go down hill. Hopefully they can get things fixed in the future and earn my business again. read more

I had ordered two separate orders, using the combine function. Both orders were combined, and shipped earlier than I expected. This was all Zoas and ricordea mushrooms, and everything is already opening after acclimation and being placed in the tank. Living in Phoenix causes me many shipping headaches, as it gets to 95 degrees in the afternoon, but this order had an ice pack, and everything was still cool when it arrived. WOW, I see some unhappy people. I have had a very positive experience with reefs2go. I have ordered a lot of stuff from them and the items are as described. The items are small, but they are frags and they are going to be small and especially for the price. I have had tow DOA's in the orders and have had a very positive response from their customer service. I will continue to order from them. My only complaint is the copepods are not cheap. My experience with Reefs2Go was GREAT! I ordered on a Thursday - late in the day AND requested same day shipping since I was off the next day - they got my order out that day! Unfortunately UPS delayed my delivery due to a storm in KY and everything arrived on Monday DOA. I contacted customer service immediately, both Racheal & Christina were AMAZING! Every order we have gotten from Reefs2go has come when expected and what we ordered. There have been very minimal deaths. I feel the deaths that do occur are from the shipping process and stress not reef2go. They bag the way any dealer does, once shipped there are a lot of things that take a roll in the life of the marine animal such as stress, temperature changes, being shaken thrown around etc... So far I have not seen anything that is directly tied them to being a poor business. read more

This is my second order with Reefs2go and I am very pleased. I had no issues with my first order which was a rather large order, and they have helped me a lot with my second order. Part of my order was put on back order and during that time I lost a fish in quarantine (within the 14-day money back guarantee period). I purchased the Outrageous Saltwater Nano Tank 10 Pack recently, my first puchase from Reefs2go. I think their Customer Service is excellent. I was helped by phone with my order and was very satisfied. I did receive some DOA's, sadly to say, but I was promptly given a gift card for a reasonable refund. I will say that i will use overnight shipping for future orders. I don't think the USPS Prioity mail 2 day delivery is good for the corals. I will purchase from them again. read more

Reefs2go has some really nice support. My first time to buy corals online and my shipment got lost with usps. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me with in 24 hours they re -shipped my shipment and it arrived nice and clean. Everything was alive. I just order from them the 2nd time and my shipment came in very nice. Everything is alive again. I had pods on this shipment and i couldn't find one dead one. Same for my snails I ordered. Everything got to my home in great condition. All of my corals have opened up nicely, even right after having just been placed. Also, all of the prettiest mandarins I have came from Reefs2Go. Having read some of the reviews I have to say I have been disappointed that some of my corals arrived dead. HOWEVER, customer service has always taken care of me. There are great bargains here and I will continue to be a fan and a customer. The only improve I have the checkout screen. Its complicated and I generally have problems placing my order. I ordered a 6 pack of coral with free shipping. I added another small frag which didn't add any shipping charges. This is my 3rd order with Reefs2go. I've been happy with all of them! Sometimes I just can't resist the specials, especially with free shipping. You just don't find coral online with free shipping for less than $200 anywhere else!
