Two, the opening hour of 5:00 am allows us to get on the water before sunrise. Three, the selection of bait and tackle can't be beat. And Four, the owner is a solid dude with great knowledge and a positive attitude. Boat parking along the side of the shop is great, and at 5:00am, the parking lot is empty. The shop is well stocked with an assortment of tackle, boating supplies, apparel and ice, in blocks and bags. There is an ample assortment of frozen and fresh baits. Prices are fair and supply has never been an issue. This is the cleanest and most organized bait store you will ever visit. Truly a positive experience and outcome every time.

While preparing for an early morning fishing trip I realized that one of the batteries in the bank had died. I went ahead and ordered the battery from a local auto parts store only to arrive there and find that they had ordered the wrong one. Feeling rather desperate as everything was closing I called West Marine and spoke to Will. Not only did they have the battery I needed in stock, they kept the store open an extra 30-minutes in order for me to be able to make it over in traffic and purchase a battery, saving my fishing trip. If nothing else that alone deserves five stars in my book. Be warned that the shopping center where this west marine is located is pretty sketch. But the store itself is clean very well organized and well stocked. From electronics to fishing gear to clothing, it's all there. Overall could not be more pleased with my experience today than I am.

I called to check if this location was open for business, the person who picked up the phone was rude and told me he saw me. He told me I had to knock harder on the door but yet he saw me standing there and didn't open. I just left, and didn't even waste my time. Don't give your money to these people. Look for another gun store/ Pawn there plenty of them with better customer service.
