Owners a thief and a creep!!! Came here dropped over $2000 on my rotor several chainrings & the tool for the rotor. The 3D was so new then this shop didn't have the part so I bough it knowing I'd need it down the line. We also bought a colnalgo frame that day too. Now I go to using my parts happily. Then a year later or so the owner moves. He leaves the company to run here under his family and frankly they're ignorant and rude. They won't work on your bike for weeks and I won't return. But to top it off. The owner kept my tool. A $90 wrench was worth more to mauricio than his own clients who had spent for years. Now it gets worse!!! He continues to write my wife by text inviting her over when he comes into town to which she's creeped out and I'm completely offended. I made it very clear with mauricio that he's disrespected us as clients and as people and we do not support companies like this and am not going to honor good reviews behind bad service. I have never been to store that is run by bigger con artists in the world! I have brought my bike in twice and every time I leave it has more problems than when I brought in. They have great service until you qeustion repairs they say you need. I got a new cable and chain then brought it home and it did not even shift. But like always they say it worked when you left. I do not know how they get good reviews. Unfortunately, I see a lot of people going in there that really do not know another about their bikes and they really take advantage of that. It is bad sign when the only invitory a bike shop carries is dusty, old and in torn boxes. The only bikes they carry is some off brand bike that they call their own. In reallity it is probably some bike with no brand label bought from over seas then they slap there name on it. Please avoid this store. Highly recommended! It is seldom that you find a place where the customer service is this excellent, the quality of the work so high, and the prices so fair. I went this past Saturday to get a new saddle and a new pump for my tires, even though they were busy they made sure to greet me right away. I learned more about proper seat height in 30 seconds than I've learned in a month of reading stuff online. I bought the saddle, he installed it for me and adjusted my bike to the proper height, holy crap! With the right saddle height the effort it takes to pedal my single speed went from 9 to a 1, my commute is now literally effortless and I'm able to ride faster which cut my commute time by 5-10 minutes each way. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the people running it. I am definitely coming back here for all my bike needs! read more

Do NOT GO THERE!! Unbelievably rude sister of owner did not put the safety pads on my 6 year old grandson's scooter and screamed at me when she had to look for them at the most dirty and disgusting disorganized bike shop I have ever seen!! She found them though and only because I came there! Do not appreciate paying $30 for an easy assembly when they forget pads and do not even call to say they forgot and I had to return. Also, I questioned why there were exposed screws on the young child's handlebar brakes hat could injure him and I got yelled at again that I obviously did not know anything about bikes!! Don't go here. She should not be working with the public--way too egotistical and unappreciative of the customers and offers no apology for her questionable actions!! I stopped in because this place is ridiculously close to my house, and I needed a new tube. Even though I specified the exact size I needed, it took quite a bit of rummaging around and several proffered incorrect ones to find what I was looking for. What I was sold was cheap (in quality and price), didn't come in any sort of packaging, and was offered sans recipe. What it did have, as I discovered back home, pump in hand, was a hole in it. I didn't bother trying to return it, and just accepted the $4 loss as a lesson well learned. While in there, I asked the tech a question about the internal-gear hub he was working on and received a grumpy, and (as far as I can tell) incorrect response. My only other experience with this business is in regards to checking out the used bikes they have out front, which are incredibly overpriced. $400+ for an old 10-speed in questionable condition. read more

Called and spoke with a man to ask about simple rim tape and tire liners. They had the items so I told him I would run over and pick them up. When I get there, the store is shuttered! The genius could have mentioned the closing time since I explained I WAS RUNNING OVER TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I love having a bike shop right next to my house. It makes it so easy when I just need to pick up some quick stuff and don't feel like driving out to some of the bigger shops. The owner is really friendly and we got into a nice conversation with one of the other customers that was in the shop. Its a pretty small shop so they don't have a lot of variety but they have the essentials. I just had to stop in because I needed some help removing some pedals off of my bike to replace them with new ones and I didn't have the right wrench at home. I'm not sure if I have ever done business with an outfit so shoddy in their customer service. I brought in a bike for repair; it was returned late, scratched, and missing the most valuable components that were on it. The owner, Mauricio, slipped and dodged me for weeks and then told me the components were never on the bike. He probably made an extra couple of hundred bucks selling them on ebay.
