ATW Marine is the worse service I have ever received, the worse quality work, left our catamaran…read morethere for some electrical and fiberglass work, it was suppose to only take 3 to 4 weeks and it took 7 weeks and even then it was not completed, there were days when we visited the yard and no work had been done, the owner ROD is rude and a complete liar, they never finished the electrical work, the water heater and water pump were never completed, he left the boat a mess, several electrical connections had to be re-crimped, a door to cover the electrical batteries that Rod said he would do was never put in so now we have a huge hole showing our electrical work, the fiberglass work is messy and was done very unprofessionally and left unfinished, holes in the shower fiberglass, as soon as Rod was paid he left and never stayed to see if the boat launch was safe, the front stay on our boat was never put back by this company so Port Tarpon marina had to do it since he left as soon as he was paid, very unprofessional and a complete liar, stay away from this place.

When I got the boat back they had serviced the engine, removed all the old fuel and 1/2 refilled with non ethanol. What Really caught my eye was Matt had taken it upon himself to do a couple of extra small things:1) repaint the skeg 2) install a rubber cap and zip tie on the oil drain tube and the shaft. The cap wasn't even on there new, so it says volumes on the Attention Matt does his job. The only guy for me from now on! GREAT JOB!

This seemed very high to me, so I called other marine repair shops to compare cost for the same job. I was given an estimate of $500- $650. Riverside explained to me there were some bolts that were rusted that needed replacing, and the labor was $560 because of their skill level. I believe they charged me for two hours extra labor . They also charged me for the following parts - locknut $ 17.82, bushing $27.32, and miscellaneous shop supplies $17.73. I will not be taking my boat to Riverside Marine again.
