They halfway wiped off the counters with a damp cloth and left the floor tore up as they were to return the next day to finish. I had to buy and lay plastic down so we could walk through the kitchen. Despite all of this, the kicker was that they just let themselves into my house! If they knocked, my dog and I didn't hear them and I came around the corner to a strange man standing in my hallway. They only reason I knew who it was, was because I looked out the window and saw their truck. Very disappointed!!! Ok since James really wants me to take down this review, let me say that I absolutely have reviewed the correct company. I moved from Youngstown to Oakland Blvd in good, old Cambridge OH. But I will add that it's a great company if you're a landlord and want a half assed, cheap floor job done... which is probably why they let themselves in, because they frequently do work for my landlord.
