Even called the supply house and they had the part in stock. I went to the supply house the same day picked up the circuit board for $95 and installed. Furnace had same problems. Called Ables back and asked if the tech could come back out and look at it. They wanted to charge me another $88 diagnostic fee, $400 for the circuit board work, said they couldn't use the board I bought even though it was the board that their tech had inquired about less than 8 hrs before. I called Thorne and tech came out he diagnosed that it was a loose wire in the ignitor (a completely different part of the furnace) fixed it in 10 minutes and inspected the rest of the system for me for a great rate. Yes they had the wire we needed, but no they wouldn't sell it to us bc you have to be a contractor and have an account with them. Gee, sure would've been nice to know that before driving from Westerville to Grandview. I looked at their website after the fact and I did find where it says Wholesaler, but I had to really look for it and didn't see it at first glance. But lots of wholesalers will still sell to you at an adjusted retail price. This makes it difficult to review this place. Even tho we were unable to get what we needed, the guy was decent and we liked the fact that they were open on a Saturday morning.
