So I rushed to get the vehicle in to a local shop 5 hours from Autotronics and followed up by calling to check on the warranty. Jay at Autotronics was absolutely incredible. Told me not to worry I was covered. Take it to where ever I want and get it repaired. But it didn't end there. I was heading to the west coast and Jay knew I was busy and he took the time to call the national warranty center and get a claim started for me and call me with the number! Are you kidding me? None of the alleged 24 hour service providers would answer our call or return the call. The only one who answered the phone and came to our aid was Brian from Keck's. He answered the phone and came out and worked on our motorhome, in the dark and in the rain on a hot and humid Minnesota day. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We sat on the interstate for almost 4 hours trying to get a hold of anyone who would come. I woulds not hesitate to call him again if I ever need assistance in the Faribault or Owatonna area again.
