Fortunately he was going slow enough that he was not injured but he was left stranded and the front fender of his car was damaged. This was a defective part and repair should have been covered by warranty. While AutoZone (part supplier) did pay for the repair to the front end, they have still not paid for the damage done to the front fender. It has now been 3 months since the incident and I just keep getting excuses. If this had happened at highway speed, my son could have been killed or seriously injured. Greg's and/or AutoZone need to step up and pay my son for the damage done to his car as a result of a faulty part!!!

The 2nd shop said $2,000 to replace all 4 struts and that should take care of most of the noise.... Old Town Garage took 5 minutes to find a broken piece of a coil spring rattling upon bumps.
