The previous 2 years the h&r prepayer got me outve having to pay it. Reason being I didn't make enough. She claimed she couldn't this year because I made to much. Actually the prior 2 years I made a lot more. Didn't have to pay it this year btw. In 2019 she screwed up my birthdate so I had to fix that with the irs this year. Had to pay in with her only time in the last 8 years I had to pay in was with her preparing my taxes

We have had a couple inconvenient occurrences while traveling with our Community Resource Debit…read morecard. We flew into Florida and the card was rejected at the first store we tried to use it at. Called on a Saturday afternoon and the bank was closed. Called the number on the back of the card and the only help available was a lost and stolen number that could do absolutely nothing because there was no fraud and we hadn't lost a card. We had other sources of funds so not that big of a deal. Now this weekend my son is traveling for school and is running into the same issue with the card not working after assurance from people at the bank confirming that everything will be just fine and work. Guess what, it's on a Saturday after noon and the bank does not have anyone available until MONDAY again and my son does not have the other fund options we have so he is stuck. Not currently happy with my small local bank and not being able to solve problems when they happen outside of their inconvenient hours.
