When I arrived I asked Brian how much it was, and I was floored when he gave me a VERY reasonable bill. I can't find any reason to take my cars anywhere else from this point forward. Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars.
