I booked an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I felt totally at ease and comfortable as soon as I entered the office. The staff was very receptive and meeting Dr Arya was a pleasure. The office is easy going and not after you to get everything done right way. He explained everything in a calm manner and answered all my questions very patiently. Upon returning home they realized that thier gums were carelessly CUT UP AND BLEEDING in the process! He will lie you about how long the whole thing will take. This is a lovely practice where you feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you walk through the door…read more Dr Cam and his staff are kind, easy to talk through things with, and non-judgmental (I had to have a LOT of work done and never once did I feel judged). Neither was I in pain. They allow - even encourage - nervous patients (like me!) to listen to music through earbuds, which really helps! I even got a text from Dr Cam that evening making sure I was bearing up ok with the pain (root canal). I guess cost is always an issue with dental work, so I would be remiss to not mention it: I believe their costs are pretty much at market rates, and they have worked well (and directly) with our health insurance company. They do top notch work here -- from the reception desk to the nice heated face wipe at the end of your procedure. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

They also appreciate seeing improvements with their teeth and bite as the months pass. As a parent, I especially appreciated that Dr Veltkamp never pressured us to get started as we saved money to pay for braces. Each time we went in, he would simply say 'whenever you're ready'.
