She asked me questions about my color preferences and then before she cut she made sure she knew what I wanted. After she finished, she let me run my fingers through it and pick out spots that needed tweaking. As someone who has short hair, this is so important. There is another stylist in the shop, Cindy, whom I haven't been to, but I would trust her as well. They are getting ready to introduce a new line of styling products that I'm excited to try.
