Really disappointing experience at Jade Nail and Spa. I went in for a full set, but the technician pushed builder gel instead of acrylic or Gel X. Less than a week later, one nail already popped off and I work a desk job, so that shouldn't happen. I called for help, but since I'm out of state, they weren't helpful at all. Overall, poor quality and not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this salon. read more

I had a great pedicure from these people. They were very nice, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job. I got the basic pedicure and it was very thorough. The massage of course is the best. I had surgery on both feet 16 months ago and they were very understanding and gentle with my feet. I would recommend them to everyone, they are just terrific! read more

The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. I am disappointed though that I spent $90 for a pedicure and the massage was very light and I still have calluses in 3 areas in my feet. The tech put remover on and scrubbed lightly with a purple scrubber and that was it. My feet still feel rough in areas and I still have calluses. With the price point I feel like I should leave with very smooth feet. The polish looks cute but overall not satisfied to leave with rough feet after spending $111 total with tip. read more

Today I went for a basic pedicure ($35) and Rebecca took care of me. I have been getting pedicures for 50 years. Fifty! This was the very best pedicure I have ever had in all that time. Just walked in for a new set, as I've been here before & knew they do a great job. Well, new owners & not the same. 3 young men & the one that did mine took 2 1/2 hours just for the acrylic & are very thick. Obviously, he is still learning...that's ok, we all have to start somewhere. My 3 stars are from the cleanliness....not clean. I asked for cuticle trim & instead of getting clean tools, he grabbed them from his drawer & wiped them off with a towel. I immediately told him I changed my mind. Baseboards & sinks are filthy. They had enough staff to accommodate all of the customers. My mom and I both had our Pedis done at the same time (it's been a while since that has happened). A last min decision to get a relaxing pedi after work brought us to this salon. We walked right in and were able to get service right away. The whole place was clean and well organized. I had a male technician and he was very very nice and so great to work with. They have multiple levels of pedicures and we picked a mid-range option that included a scrub and paraffin wax. Came to Jade's I'm a group for my sister's birthday. Nice place and people. Accommodating. I got a manicure. They had luxury pedicure service but not really luxury manicure on their menu, which is what I was hoping for. I suggest they match that pedicure service more for the mani guests, too. Nail service was great, however, the gel polish started lifting a lot during the beginning of the second week which is sooner than I'm used to so I probably wouldn't use their gel polish next time. They have a good range of colors. They do dip, too. Overall, great place. I know the others in the group were very happy with their experience, too. read more

I was very impressed because they were able to accommodate a group of 6. I had called a few other places and they just said no. The decor was lovely and it was very clean. The owners were so nice and let us bring in wine to drink while we got our mani pedis. They didn't have the powder dip which is what I've gotten the last few times and I really love. I ended up getting painted on French tips and they were very straight but my nails needed filed more. We all got luxury pedicures which included paraffin wax, hot stones and towels and everyone really loved that. read more

If I could put a negative I would. I have a big behind and hips. I do have the same type of office chair at home and I've been using the ones at other salons just fine. When it was my turn, he took the chair away and gave me fold up chair. How humiliating and in a full salon, too. I didn't need it. He assumed since I was overweight I needed a different chair. Meh. Had a pedicure yesterday. The older lady did it. She was already mad as a lady before was complaining about her pedicure from the day before. My nail tech was rough, gruff and not very good. She even tried to complain to me about this same lady who was sitting very close to us. Very awkward. My trim ion my toe nails is not even. The lines on my French pedicure are not even. I asked her to fix my big toe on the left foot and she made it worse. This salon was good last summer. What changed? Sigh. I won't be back and now have to find another nail salon. I recently started going to this salon after going to another nearby place for years. This place is AMAZING! The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean and organized. Kevin always does a great job on my nails. I have never had a complaint with him. I can usually get in an out in an hour or less, depending on what I am having done I have waited over 2-3 hours at similar places. For $1 they give you your own nail files to take with you and bring back each time you come. It's very sanitary and well thought out. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in the Greenwood area. Well worth it! read more
