We traveled for more than an hour to get there early just to be pushed out of our time slot by a late arrivals who should have been canceled because there was only 1 studio room. We only had 15 minutes (went over a few) and it was rushed with the photographer taking more time to tell me what we could not do then if we actually had done it. Meanwhile, the late folks after us proceeds to take their time and used up 30 mins instead of 15 ( and some change). Their room was calm, why? Because they didn't have to rush. Why? Because they took over our time. That was our reason for coming early. To have time to finish getting ready and to settle our nerves after such a long commute. Instead, we were coerced to go early because the decision was ALREADY made that the other family could take our spot before even asking me if that was OK to do. I will not be coming back here. Although our poses were nice, minor details were missed which will bring me back to another studio sometime later this year to retake our pics. A whole day of preparation went down the drain all because they should have rescheduled the people who didn't take the time to consider anyone else's. Money wasted

The engagement photos came out so amazing that it made us even more excited to see how our wedding day would be captured. Raymond and his team truly went above and beyond on our wedding day. They were there from the very beginning, starting with our Chinese and Vietnamese tea ceremonies, and stayed all the way through the reception and dance floor. Every team member had such a clear vision for what to capture, and they absolutely delivered. One thing we really appreciated was that Raymond knew exactly when to step in and direct our wedding party and family members during photos. Weddings can get chaotic, especially with a large group, but he helped everyone remember what to do, kept things moving, and spoke up when needed. If someone was being a little too much or things started getting overwhelming, Raymond made sure we were still getting the photos and moments we wanted. That meant so much to us and made us feel really taken care of throughout the day. The way everything flowed together was perfect, and we loved how they included meaningful moments from our officiant, vows, speeches, and all the little details throughout the day.
