I came across Kree's Yelp page because of how close she was, but what really stood out was her website--the caliber and vibrancy of her photos were incredible. I knew right away she'd be a perfect fit for capturing my niece, both in her cap and gown and in her super colorful prom dress (which I was confident Kree could do justice!). From the moment I reached out, Kree was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The contract was simple and straightforward, pricing was fair and the breakdown of her packages were awesome. and she helped us agree on a time and location that worked perfectly, not far from our house either, which was a huge plus. Our photos were delivered quickly and edited beautifully, she captured every detail of our wedding! Her low light shots of our reception were stunning as well! For our Christmas mini shoot it was done in 15 minutes which I LOVE especially with wiggly kids! The photos were also beautiful and captured exactly what we wanted for our Christmas cards! She gave me a timeline of 4-6 weeks I would receive my pictures after wedding,then it changed to 8 weeks ( fine ) However I reach out to her (or try to ) and see where my pictures were ( 8 weeks after my wedding )I texted no answer couple days later I called no answer so I reached out to her on Facebook and finally she replied and they weren't ready yet. 10 weeks since my wedding I tried contacting her again with still no answers. FINALLY received my pictures, then a phone call of her crying to plead to take down my review so I did, BUT now a year later I can't access my wedding photos, once again I've tried reaching out to her with no response AT ALL. I went to her office she wasn't there. Looks like Court is the next step. I should be able to access my photos whenever I want since I paid 2300 bucks for them. WILL NEVER REFER HER TO ANYONE.
