I have been to so many places and Haru Salon is the only one for me. I can trust them to do an outstanding job and leave me filling with confidence. I'll walk you through the process. First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair. Next they cut your hair to your liking and walk you through the process - they will tell you what looks good and why. With the amount of meticulous care I've seen them take compared to anyone else blows me out the water. Another hair wash (okay this is new to me since I have never seen a second hair wash in the North) and styling, waxing, blow drying your hair. I got there and Rene took me to her chair, she did NOT looked my hair to mashed my roots or even did NOT asked me what color hair I wished to have; Rene brought a color already mixed and started Color my roots ;-( I noticed and told her color was to dark for my roots, Rene replied it's the only color that would cover my gray (not true) after processing color she washed it out and color was too dark she said it would fade away!! She did NOT know how to dried my hair with round brush and dried hair the wrong way as my hair it's course and very dried, after all done she took my credit card charged it and did not give or offered to give me a receipt after paying $191.00 for her TERRIBLE HAIR services!
