First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair. Next they cut your hair to your liking and walk you through the process - they will tell you what looks good and why. After I left hair salon I did have to go straight to Ulta hair stylish to fixed the mess Rene have done on my hair! In fact, we are on the level now where I just ask her what we are doing with my hair ha. She's always up to date on current trends and is more of an artist than anything. I never have any issues with scheduling and she's so good about communication. Highly recommend this salon and Emily especially.
