The waiting area is stunning and beautifully designed. A fantastic variety of products to browse while you wait. Kyndal welcomed me with another friendly hello and even offered me something to drink. As a first-timer, I had no idea what to expect, but from the moment we sat down for the consultation, I knew I was in great hands. Kyndal was incredibly attentive and truly listened. When I mentioned I play golf and often pull my hair back in a ponytail, she zeroed in on those details and crafted the perfect plan. I went for a bold 4-inch haircut and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The entire staff is top-notch, the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale, and the service is genuinely next-level. (Once it's gone, it's gone--and I'm so happy with how it's gone!) I can't recommend Kyndal enough if you're looking for an experienced, talented stylist and colorist who actually cares about your hair and your lifestyle. I made a walk-in appointment which allowed me to experience the waiting lounge area where you can sip on some tea and eat a light snack, and take a nap if you choose. It was very peaceful. My appointment started around 15 minutes later, which I wasn't notified of until I went to inquire about. Nail technician was very professional, however, I would prefer to have more of the technical service than a very topical pedicure with chat. It's a pretty place though! read more

The facility is beautiful. Liked the locker room/changing area and that there was a steam shower for use as well as plenty of toiletries to get ready post treatment/service. I didn't particularly like the lounge. Seating wasn't very lounge like and there were no champagne options. I found that to be uncommon as I've usually had a glass pre or post massage or just while I'm in the lounge. My service was amazing as well was my aesthetician. She walked me through my service and informed me of any skin issues I should be aware of. Overall great experience with my treatment. One thing I found to be very awkward was there was no music in my treatment room. Found it a little weird and hard to relax in pure silence. read more

Wow! 10's across the board. I came in late during the week for a pedicure and it was my first time. The customer service from the front desk employee was incredible, he was so sweet and helpful. And my nail tech was such an amazing woman! Lici is kind, caring, and great at what she does. We talked the entire time and she made me feel so relaxed and important. UPDATE- They sent me 1-2 emails asking about the name for my reservation and that was it. Nothing more, no apology or anything. My husband booked me a facial and massage here for the first time. The place is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. My massage therapist was okay, although she did comment about waiting for me to come out, which I found a bit odd. During the massage, I noticed several moments where she was only using one hand. Having had massages before, I'm used to therapists using both hands the entire time--it felt as though she might have been distracted or even using her phone. As for the facial, it wasn't relaxing at all and fell short of the standard I expected from such an upscale establishment. read more

The actual establishment and the room before hand is beautiful, along with the robes etc. However when it came to my actual facial it left me lacking and my esthetician also got product in my eye several times so my eyes burned. Afterwards they try to sell you all the expensive products they used after an already expensive service. I know that some people don't care and that could just be personal preference, but I don't want to feel pressured to buy things after a service that was supposed to relax me. It's not just enough to be a highly acclaimed stylist, the vibe that someone brings to a service provided means a lot to me. Karla far surpassed any expectations that I had. She nailed the color request, though she had never met me before. She did my cut to the exact length that I feel is most complimentary to my face. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Months ago, I scheduled a hair coloring appointment with a stylist I had seen before, specifically for my wedding hair. Unfortunately, I ended up having a conflict that weekend, so I called over a month in advance to reschedule. The person I spoke with couldn't find an available time for me to see Jade until December, which wouldn't work because my wedding is in just 20 days. I requested to be scheduled with someone experienced with blonde hair instead. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that Jade had left, which was why I couldn't book with her. I sat down with the stylist I was assigned and explained what I was looking for. I wanted a natural, lived-in color because I don't get my hair done often. I made it clear that I absolutely hate copper or brassy tones. Midway through the appointment, the stylist informed me that they had run out of the color product needed to achieve my desired results, so she had to compromise with what was available. After washing my hair, I noticed super blonde, thick pieces in the front. At this point, all the other stylists had been sent home. My stylist informed the front desk that she needed to recolor some of my hair due to processing issues and that it hadn't turned out as expected. The front desk staff and manager seemed concerned about timing because my stylist had two more clients coming in, who turned out to be walk-in appointments. Since then, my stylist seemed rushed. She applied new color, left it on for maybe five minutes, and then said we could wash it out. The color turned out orange. By this time, I had been in the salon for four hours, and with her next walk-in appointment waiting, I had to leave with wet hair. She asked if I was free the next day, and I said yes--this was my wedding hair, and it needed to be fixed. She scheduled me with the manager on duty and then went to take her haircut while I was checking out. My total was $400, and I was shocked. My hair looked horrible, orange, and I had spent a total of five hours there. The manager on duty didn't even have the courtesy to apologize or thank me for my patience, knowing I had to come back the next day. I was so upset that I had to pay and leave to calm down before I called and made a formal complaint. During my call with the manager, I emphasized that it wasn't the stylist's fault; she was not set up for success due to the salon's coloring product running out of stock. The stylist had informed them the previous week to reorder, and I was a witness to her bringing it to management's attention. They scheduled walk-in appointments with only one stylist, which forced her to rush my service. The manager on the phone seemed at a loss for words. She said she would inform the manager who would be there on Sunday and that they would offer me a free deep conditioning and some reimbursement. The next day, I returned for my appointment. After washing my hair, it was better than before, but I was still determined that my hair was messed up. When I walked to the checkout, I inquired about the reimbursement I was supposed to receive. The front desk staff couldn't answer my question and had to go back and forth to get information from the manager on duty, who should have come out to address my concerns herself instead of making her staff do it. I requested my refund receipt, which they said was emailed. When I got to my car and didn't see it, I went back inside and asked for a printed copy. The staff member didn't know how to do that and had to find the manager. The manager finally came out with an attitude, failing to acknowledge the situation I had been through or thank me for my patience. I felt like an inconvenience for her after spending 7-8 hours total on my hair and paying $400 for such poor service and results. An apology or acknowledgment would have made a significant difference. She printed my receipt, and I noticed I was only getting 25% back. At that point, I was done. A week and a half later, my hair was now copper in the front and needed fixing again. It's my wedding, and I feel like my hair looks worse than before I walked in. They need to make this right, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The management team is the worst, and they do not set their staff up for success. I genuinely feel bad for the stylists, especially given what I've heard about their experiences. They need to do better read more

This is such a nice spa! The lounge areas is very peaceful, with delicious refreshments. I got the signature facial with Reagan and she was amazing! She was friendly and created a relaxing atmosphere. She did a very thorough job and gave me one of the best facial massages I've ever had. I look forward to going to the Dallas location when it opens next year. I only took off one star because my friend, who got the same facial that I did, had a very different experience. How ever I'm giving 2 stars because compared to my last facial here and what my friend had the same day, the person who took care of me felt like she did the bare minimum. Maybe because it was Spring break and she might've been tired was what I told myself. However the massage extremely light and hardly any pressure. She didn't massage my face (hardly if any) and when I asked my friend how hers went, she said "Oh you should ask for Paige next time. She did GREAT and really massaged me. " *motions like she's rolling dough* I felt like I shouldn't need to ask for more pressure as the previous times I came here the other wonderful miss did an excellent job! She even massaged my face which I thought was the norm but this time, I had a few gentle brush strokes and that was it. My face was moisturized and glowing tho so I am happy with that :-) read more

This was the best Mother's Day experience of my 30 years of being a mother! My daughter gifted me with time together at your beautiful spa. The entire time at the spa was dreamlike, from the plush robes and tranquil lounge area to the expert services. I asked Michelle, the esthetician for my facial, to tell me everything that she was going to do before she did it. She was wonderful at informing me and gave me the best face, neck and scalp massage. My facial was very relaxing. Next, I had a massage given by Dominique. She was fantastic at working out my knots and had an amazing technique for massaging my shoulders. I loved working with Verna! She took her time to explain everything and was also a great listener. She cared about getting my hair back to healthy and didn't push anything on me. She wanted to make sure I was on the same page and also gave me a gameplan for how to get my desired look WHILE getting my hair healthier. We did this really cool French Cutting method that was so good it made my hair look brand new and felt like it got a boost of TLC....and that was just the haircut! Came to Fort Worth to try this place out because my friend raved about her experience at this spa. The place is cute and welcoming. The robes and slippers provided were very comfy and cozy. The lounge area was relaxing with soft music, an assortment of teas and snacks, and cucumber infused water. From there we were called back to get our facials. Kayla was my aesthetician. She did a quick interview of what my current regimen is and what I want to target, then proceeded with the facial. Overall it felt like a normal facial that I've had before, I did find it odd that she never did an inspection of my face under a light but I didn't question it because every place is different. Once it was done and I was taken back to the lounge and compared my experience with my friends, I realized how vastly different mine was. During my experience I didn't receive any facial steaming, extractions and the bed I was laying on was not warm. Needless to say what was advertised was not the service that was provided. My friend had a great experience with Reagan, so maybe consider booking with her instead if you decide to check this place out. read more

Came with my mom and SIL for our girls staycation. I've had lots of facials, hundreds of massages, and this was one of my best experiences ever. Facial was so thorough while perfectly relaxing and Nicole made the most of every minute. She also was so knowledgeable. My prenatal massage with Cassie was to die for. Perfect pressure, so much tension relief, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Facilities were beautiful, modern, clean, but also don't make you feel forced to relax or be silent. UPDATE after my review from a few days ago. My second review this week! You will have to read my first one posted a few days ago to get the entire story, but this has been a joke. They finally email and offer to give me the value of the gift cards, which is great! She asks me to send her the gift card numbers and the amount of each one. I send her all the information and our mailing address to send the check. I then get an email stating she refunded the money to whomever purchased the gift card, instead of sending me the money. WHY? They were gifts for me and she knew that. I sent pics of the cards that have a message on them but no name. How does she know those cards are still good after 2 years? How does she know a couple hasn't divorced and the person who bought card doesn't even have the card anymore? Maybe that person is deceased? I don't even know who purchased 3 of them because some of these cards are 2 years old. If I did know, I am not going to call these people and ask them to send me cash! I have a feeling they knew all this and did it on purpose. If this is the case I just lost $916.00 worth of spa treatments that were gifted to me! This is how Milk & Honey treats their customers! I really tried to like this place. I went there for over a year and only got my hair done right once. I joined because I thought I'd be getting a one stop shop for all my beauty needs. Well, they don't do dip manicures, so that was out. They didn't have an injector until recently, so that was out. They have people doing highlights that don't know what they're doing. The worst part- the front desk staff. They never seem to know how to charge correctly. I never once left there without a 15-20 minute ordeal trying to calculate credits and discounts. No one seems to know what they're doing. The GM, Malikah, is rude and borderline offensive. I felt discriminated against by her. It's the first time in my life I felt like I was being treated poorly because I'm white. The reason I say this is because the women next to me were having an issue with their gift card not working. There were two or three of them being quite animated. They were black, which didn't matter, however Malihaka (also black) didn't have an issue with them, only me. All I wanted to do was pay and get out of there after 4 hours in a chair. It was crazy. Then, I got a call from Alex, a training manager. I assumed she was calling to get feedback to coach the staff. Instead, she let me know I was no longer welcome there. What a joke! After the way I was treated, I wouldn't go back anyway. This may be the worst customer service I've ever received.
