Layla, the massage therapist, was attentive and identified my specific needs, then went to work relieving my aches and pains, using avariety of techniques. She is a devoted, gifted therapist, who was able to isolate and resolve specific deep muscle and tendon issues related to a previous injury I sustained, as well as addressing and resolving more general stress-related tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I appreciate her going the extra mile, paying additional attention to my specific trouble areas. Reflections offers true therapeutic massage and not the "cookie cutter"-style massages I have experienced in other places. Chanced upon this place on my travel to Clearwater. Being someone who has had severe chronic pain issues I need massage often for some temporary pain relief. Not knowing the city I just picked this place because of the word therapeutic in the name. I had thought massage had to be painful so initially I was not very impressed but as the massage progressed I began to realize this was something different. I had one of the best massages of my life. Not only did she re-structured my body but also taught me something about how I hold my muscles which contributes to my pain condition. It was really a revelation. I was looking for a massage place and found this one, after first I was skeptic because of the store front. They do lock the front door if no one else is there and they are with a client. I do take safety very seriously and I agree with their practice. I was having back and neck pain and booked an appointment with Willie. He definitely knows how to use his hands. Very professional and courteous. I don't have anymore pain!! Shout out to Willie, the owner should value him as an asset to have, he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend anyone to see him. Scheduled a Couple's Massage for Friday 10/12/18 @ 10:00am for myself and my girlfriend. Anne & Nicole were our LMT's. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by both Anne and Nicole. Filled out the short paperwork and went in to get our Couple's Massage. The room was very clean and inviting, smelled wonderful and the perfect atmosphere for a massage. Our massages exceeded all of our expectations! Anne and Nicole are so thorough and did an excellent job on both of us! I have using Anne as my massage therapist since meeting her at physical therapy for neck and back issues about 8 years ago. I have had others work on my issues for many years before that, but she really gets to the heart of the problem and works until she relieves it. My headaches (from my neck) have lessened, and when one occurs I call and she can usually take care of it. I had a stroke two years ago. My muscles need to be manually massaged to help me in my mobility. I can usually get an appointment right away and get in without waiting. Nicole is my massage therapist and works very hard to get at the deep tissue. She knows my needs and communicates well. We work together for a productive therapeutic experience.
