I have never had any issues with lightening my hair before. And to get charged $195, for this?! My balayage for my wedding was way cheaper and MUCH better looking than this (different salon). I'm disappointed to have to write this review but even more disappointed that I'm stuck with this hair. This was after the stylist had two tries, used toner and "let the purple shampoo sit" in my hair for some time. I wish I would have known how bad it looked in the back and with natural lighting before leaving. Management has still not contacted me after I called the store and left my information. Update!!! After getting in contact with the salon manager/owner, she refused to give me a full refund but offered to fix my hair herself. I did get $60 back, and agreed to come in for a 3rd attempt. This experience was MUCH better. The owner, Amanda, was able to take out the brassy tone and blend the colors so it's no longer blunt. While it's not exactly the color as I wanted, it is SO much better and I feel like I got my money's worth. Also another stylist, Brandon, was super nice and styled my hair perfectly, making sure to inform me on the products he used in my hair. I'm glad I gave this place another chance, and was able to walk out happy with my hair.
