They reached out with an apology, but ultimately paid for none of the medical expenses. It fell 100% on us because of the wavier. I don't know how the instructors are for older kids, but I won't be returning.

I come here for the gym since I decided to "temporarily freeze" my Crunch Fitness membership due to Covid-19... just until I feel safe to go back. In fact, I use to come here all the time since it's down the street from my house and I can walk. The gym is small .. for now there is a max capacity of 6 at a time and they do require residents to make a reservation to use the facility. If you're more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled reservation, they will automatically cancel you. You have a time limit of 90 minutes if you're using the gym and then they close to deep clean and then they reopen again to get the next set of residents in. Because of new regulations and to keep residents safe, you are also required to fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire and to wear masks while on the property. They may not have all the gym equipment that I normally use at Crunch Fitness, but they do have the basics so you can still get a good workout in. Although there are new hours and new rules to follow, the Vista Lakes Recreation clubhouse are doing their part to make their residents feel safe during this interesting time.

The pool has many rules that can get annoying at times but it keeps the pool area clean and enjoyable for all so it's worth it. The pool has a cool water slide for kids and adults and the surrounding landscaping makes you feel like your on vacation and not just visiting your local HOA pool. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They are in the middle of adding an accessible pool lift for people with disabilities to enjoy the pool as well. I really enjoy our pool environment and will definitely return on a regular basis. I'd recommend neighbors and friends of to come and enjoy our beautiful pool area.

Located inside World Disney World Resort where you will find not only a world class tournament stage but also the vibe and magic of Disney. This sports complex hosts many sports tournaments like Youth Flag football Championships, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball and many more. The grounds are well kept and just like Disney style you'll find Palm trees and iconic ESPN Globe at the entrance for a great photo. Once inside it feels so competitive yet fun and friendly. Enjoy all the sports and all the Disney guest services and ammenities. Concession stands where you can purchase your favorite drinks, pretzels and pizza cones. One thing I wanted to point out is how many parents leave trash behind once each game is over. Very inconsiderate as there are trash cans near the bleechers and along the fields. This is a world class stage please keep it clean. Here families can enjoy a sports tournament and later enjoy a Disney vacation at Disney parks.

Complex is easy to get to being a part of Disney with parking being an ease. Pick a sport, name a sport... ESPN got with their huge baseball complex and indoor arenas. The many dozens of outdoor fields can hold many games at the same time. Although the field quality can be better but it's not horrible considering the amount of traffic and events they hold so kudos to the ground crew for keeping the field quality decent considering the amount of usage weekly. The complex is organized and easy to get around. Wish they would strongly enforce a harder trash mandate to ensure patrons pick up after themselves as more often than none, teams and patrons leave a mess around bench's and team sidelines after each game. Although it's not ESPN's fault and more on the citizens attending events to clean up after themselves. They have several food outlets and vendors and food trucks for those long days on the field. With the hot Florida sun, love that they have watering and hydration stations around the fields with plenty of water coolers to help athletes stay cool and hydrated. However, I wish they have more shaded areas and maybe even covered spectator viewing areas or benches as the sun can be brutal so come prepared with your own tent or umbrella, etc Overall, attended many events and competitions at the venue and it's always a great facility and they always put in a great show overall!

This was not my choice of La Petite establishments, but I bared with it until the actions of the staff/director became too negative for me to feel comfortable having my child their. Due to several concerns, I withdrew my child. Take heed. Your child's overall safety, happiness, and well being is top priority.

Went here for Panda Fest. It was our first time attending an event at Festival Park. The park itself is setup well for events. Plenty of open area for booths. They had clear entry and exit areas and security staff to handle entry. The general line was very long, but the security was professional and did their best to move things along. They had porta-potties and mobile real bathrooms in VIP at this particular event. They also had plenty of trash cans. They did need more accessible water for purchase. It was mostly at just the bar huts and those lines were very long. Not good on a hot day when you aren't allowed to bring in your water bottle. The ground is also pretty uneven in spots, so just need to be mindful of that for people with mobility issues. I would go here again for another festival.

The fries were too salty and the kabobs (chicken, beef and lamb) were tuff grizzly and hard to get off the stick. The food tasting range in price from $10-25 which was a bit expensive but a good time was had. Some of the foods I wanted to try had too long of a line for me to wait and pay the high price. Since public transportation nor ride share was an option I drove and parked about five blocks away. No complaint because it was free. The event last three days not sure if I would pick Saturday next time.

I could not be happier with the care my daughter receives here. There are two live cameras which I check in with frequently throughout the day. Any issues or concerns are immediately addressed by the director and rectification is communicated with me. The women who staff the room are nurturing and truly care about the babies. I specially like that they hold them to bottle feed and rock them to sleep. She is never just laying there crying, they are very attentive. Highly recommend!

Conway seemed to be lack of staff. Communication never aligned, excuse after excuse. The director seemed to avoid conversation and wouldn't speak to me unless I would engage into conversation. The Summer program was not followed though. Over half of the activities and field trips never happened. One of the fieldtrips my child attended didn't even have our permission to attend!?!? Lack of activities was very disappointing. What were we paying for? $1600 for what???? Live The video definitely displayed the lack of supervision of the children at most times. Children pushing each other and none the wiser? Ridiculous! The language being tolerated while at camp and coming back to my home was very unnerving. Lunches, we'll as I know, the facility follows a health program. I was never provided a weekly menu. Child would be picked up hungry. This has been very disappointing experience. The only positive out of this experience was Ms Turner. She was amazing.
