I don't know this employee, I just see her when I workout. She greets, smiles, cleans and organizes. I remember this day vividly because I was thinking man this girl better be paid enough to be bullied by bad members like Jordan M. I was on a cardio machine when I saw Armie politely informed them about the policy. The guy literally spat at her and said he belonged to a different Y and that they allowed kids to be up in the fitness area. He then proceeded to ignore all rules, and mind you he said his 11 year old kid was working out? This kid did not want to be there. He sat on a machine and played video games on his phone. The kid got up walked around the gym with his head stuck on his phone playing video games. That's when I saw Armie get up from her seat and politely told them that it was unsafe to be distracted walking around the gym. Jordan who seemed to think he was beyond all policy proceeded to insult her saying she was uneducated, untrained. That's when I thought what a bully. There were other members who I know who saw this incident and how he lied on his review, and we are all willing witnesses who will not tolerate bully's. It's funny how this Jordan guy has another Yelp review about a restaurant, again not getting his way and rails on a waiter and a manager. No respect whatsoever for hard working Americans.

Happy to report this place was a blessing to our family, we experienced nothing but the best service and our son was treated with respect and love. He enjoyed going to school and we saw a beautiful shift in his behavior and development after just one week of going to this school. The staff has been here for many years and that's something I loved as many places I visited before making my decision had new members or people that weren't as qualified. This place ran like a well oiled machine and we never once had a covid scare while attending this school. They run a tight ship and do it well. Only reason we pulled our son out of this school is because we are moving a few hours away otherwise we would have kept him here until he grew out of it. They claim to be before enrolling but teachers like Ms. Ana say that your child "has something wrong with them" and that they "don't come to work to deal with one child." Some of the staff are nice but they're clearly not equipped to deal with children with disabilities and shouldn't profess to be. Also - very bad experience with "assessments" and eventually leaving the daycare.
