Ours especially loved the tablets with games and the giant Lite-Brite. They also spent some time on the playground, but lost interest once some bigger kids started playing pretty roughly. There's honestly so much going on that it can become a little overwhelming. After a couple of hours, it got fairly loud, and we were all ready for a break. The cafe had a limited food selection, especially if you're looking for something higher in protein, but reentry made it easy to work around. We went to the mall food court for lunch and then came back for a while. The gift shop is excellent and has a lot of creative products you don't normally see. I'd definitely go again, especially now that I understand the layout and how everything works.

This place is easy to find via GPS and has plenty of parking. Inside, there are many painted canvases hung up showcasing all of the beautiful artwork done in the studio. This place also does birthday parties, private events and more! My child loved the experience and we are going to hang up her artwork on the wall in her bedroom. When we arrived, the canvases were already set up and you were assigned a seat, so you did not get to chose whether you wanted to be closer to the front where the instructor was. My friend and I were placed towards the back, and although they did have TVs around that streamed the instructor live, they were a bit too small and low quality to really make out the details. I was also surprised to see the image we were painting was already draw on the canvas, which I'm sure it's for the sake of time but I personally find it more fun to be instructed step by step to create the painting from scratch. The instructions also felt a tiny bit rushed as I was struggling to keep up, but that could have just been me being too much of a perfectionist. I enjoyed that the instructor took breaks to do trivia and allow people to catch up! One of the instructors had read the books and you could tell she had a passion for Fourth Wing. I also appreciated that they came around and assisted with anyone who needed help. While our main instructor who was painting with us did a phenomenal job, I was a bit distracted by the other instructor who was on her phone every once in a while when she was not waking around assisting people with their paintings. Once the class began, it felt rushed, likely due to the late start. When I asked for help, staff often stepped in and fixed things themselves rather than showing me how to do it, which defeated the purpose of creating my own pottery. I also asked questions about air bubbles in the clay and the firing process but was not acknowledged. This was especially concerning, as I later discovered that my bowl cracked during firing--something I was specifically worried about. Additionally, the glazing and firing processes were not explained at all. When we moved on to painting, we were left to figure things out on our own without guidance. The class is advertised as making a bowl, but the final product was much closer to a small trinket dish, which was another letdown. On top of everything else, they lost my pottery when I called to check up on it and it had to be found. Given that we spent several hundred dollars, I expected a much higher level of instruction, organization, and communication. The overall experience, combined with the complete lack of response to my attempts to address these concerns, has left me deeply disappointed and regretful that I chose this studio.

My boys started in the Early Preschool class with Ms. Yajaira and Ms. Isabel. Then on to Preschool with Ms. Natalia and Ms. Jey. Then graduated VPK with Ms. Betsy and Ms. Rosalina. I am grateful everyday to entire team for how my kids are excelling today! I currently have a 10 month old who has been cared for by the AMAZING infant room teachers from 6 weeks old. My child was coming home DAILY with scratch/bite marks, I reported it to the Director and their solution was to ISOLATE my child from the rest of the class (had him playing by himself) rather than properly teach the staff on how to avoid these situations. Now I get kids will be kids and incidents will happen but clearly the staff are not monitoring the way they should. My son even got bit on his stomach! How, what was the teacher doing that this incident could not be avoided?! The teachers all gather around to socialize while on the playground versus watching your child. I've witnessed teachers yank kids up when they aren't listening, teachers do not change gloves/wipe down changing station after each diaper change, one of the changing tables (3 yo room) is right in the middle of the daycare where everyone that enters/leaves the daycare can see, teachers lack experience and turnover is HUGE!!! Teachers change on a daily and they are never introduced to you. They literally just hire bodies to keep up with the required teacher/child ratio. Parents block your car in in the parking lot and they seem to think it's ok to have all this chaos out in the parking lot where parents are dropping off small kids that run in to the street, etc. I've seen roaches stuck to tape on the back of the kids artwork. This place is just HORRIBLE! Lastly, I reported ALL these issues to the Director Yamilette and was told "we are not meeting your needs!" and she is absolutely correct but my "needs" are what they promote in their literature, website, and even when you have a tour. I don't do reviews but my experience was so bad at this facility that I would like to warn all parents out there on what to expect if you bring your child to this facility! The wavier I signed completely protected the school so we got to have our child in a spica cast for 3 months after only spending 20 minutes at this school. They reached out with an apology, but ultimately paid for none of the medical expenses. It fell 100% on us because of the wavier. I don't know how the instructors are for older kids, but I won't be returning.
