I have witnessed staff giving unsolicited medical advice or aggressively upselling supplements, which creates an atmosphere that feels out of place in a naturopathic setting. There are often significant wait times- it is common to wait an hour or more past your scheduled appointment. The office staff is rude and aggressive. The office frequently pushes for sensitive information (like insurance cards) to be sent via text message rather than using their secure portal. If you value your privacy and a professional medical environment, be wary.
