The Owner of Lakeshore instructed her scheduler to change several of my appointments. AFTER I told her I could not change my times, the owner changed them anyway! Rude comments about a serious injury made to me while on the table by the owner! STOPPED going to Lakeshore Massage because I was being BULLIED and HARASSED by the OWNER! The Owner called me 4 times to reschedule more appointments. Left 4 voicemails. Last call she put me on schedule then told me to call if I could not make it. Not one apology cause she had NO REMORSE for MALTREATMENT of a seriously injured client! The owner is a cruel, manipulative, and greedy predator.
