We had our whole house cleaned with a back to school discount for $283. That included 5 bedrooms, living room, 1 hallway and 2 sets of stairs. To me, this was a good price and the job they did was fantastic. Our house is 13 years old and we've owned it for 2 years. Scott is a lovely guy who inspected everything with a black light at first. He showed us stains that you can't even see without the blacklight. He knew that the previous owners had a pet and that there were bio stains from an animal. It's super gross to see the stains that you dont even know are there! He told us about certain things that probably wouldn't come out, like darkening by our vents. This is due to improperly sealed vents, which makes sense. Scott explained the natural cleaners they use, and the whole process before he started. It took around 2 hours to do the whole house and it looks fantastic. We waited 8 hours before walking on the carpets again and opened all the windows to help dry the carpets. We never know who to tip anymore, but we felt Scott did a great job, so we gave him a gratuity. I will definitely book with them annually from now on. See photos. read more

Carpets were dirtier than before they came. The carpet cleaner gave me this big speech that I wouldn't need the sanitizing cleaner and I wouldn't make a difference. When I complained that the carpets weren't clean he said, "well you should have taken the sanitizer" read more

I purchased a Groupon to get my elderly Grandmother's carpets a much needed cleaning. There was significant staining involved that was isolated via black light and then treated with an antibacterial solution prior to final cleaning. This did involve a small up-charge over the Groupon price that was extremely reasonable given the situation and quality of the results. Booking and communication were very good and I even received a follow up call from the franchise owner to ensure we were satisfied, and are we!! Summary: great people, terrible results. The stars are for the customer service only. I have a couch that is light coloured and was just getting a little grimy with age and everyday wear- not at all heavily soiled. I purchased Refresh's $49 Groupon for couch upholstery cleaning which was great! When I called to book, the fellow convinced me that I should upgrade to the $200 packagee which would give me a more thorough clean. So I did. The service tech showed up and was very friendly, really nice but the treatment did absolutely nothing, and he even missed a couple pretty obvious spots that I removed myself using simple dish soap afterwards- total waste of time and money. I called to let them know and they were great with sending someone to redo it- I figured maybe the lighting wasn't great since it was kind of dark out so maybe a mid day appointment would be better. Again a super friendly person came and again it made zero difference. I was told by that tech that I should just put the cushion covers in the washing machine and scrub them with a mild cleaner and I might get better results. So all of this begs the question- why did I pay them $200 for this?? The reason I hired them was because I don't have the time to do it myself. Complete waste of money ESPECIALLY after being up-sold. Really disappointed and I can't say I'd ever recommend them. And then today...I received an email from their distribution list I did not consent to. Just....bad all around. read more

Let's just say the next day I found out that one of my necklace went missing. No one had been in the room except for the carpet cleaners. The necklace was a gift and I called management to file a complaint but they assure me that it wasn't their employees. Purchased a groupon for a 750 square ft space for $49 valued at $200. Let me preface this my saying our apartment was a small one bedroom at around 500 square ft (of which only 300 square ft was carpet) with no major stains on the carpet. I was extremely disappointed with the service, definitely not something I would ever pay $200 for so I'm glad I purchased this through groupon. The 2 technicians spent more time trying to talk us into purchasing add-ons than they did cleaning our carpet. After declining add-on more than 3 times they finally began and were finished in less than 10 minutes. When I returned to my apartment when the carpet dried I found that the 1 one beer stain we had by our entrance was actually more pronounced than it was prior to their cleaning and I had to clean it myself with store bought carpet cleaner. The carpets looked patchy and worse than they did before they were cleaned. I would not recommend this company unless you want a half-hearted job. read more
