I went to this notary last time the reception quoted me a price and when I am paying they increase the amount. I went there again today, no reception around, expect me to wait. Good thing I went to a different notary and their service is professional and charged me much less. Please read my review on google as well, the owner claimed i am creating fake review only because they are unable to find my profile. This response is directed to the owner's claim that my review was written simply to lower their rating. For anyone looking for a notary service, I encourage you to read the Yelp review from 2018 written by another customer who described a very similar experience. In both cases, the receptionist initially quoted one price and then requested a higher amount when it was time to pay. I would also encourage potential customers to look closely at the reviews. Many of the negative reviews provide detailed descriptions of the customers' actual experiences, while a number of the positive reviews contain little to no meaningful detail. Readers can draw their own conclusions based on the level of information and consistency across the reviews.

I thought that considering it was a very simple process that would require very little time that the price would not be too bad. When the girl returned and told me it would be $80. I was shocked. I expressed my displeasure and left. When I got home I searched "reasonable notary publics" I contacted one in Port Coquitlam close to Coquitlam Center. I was quoted a price of $40. I set up an appointment and took my papers in a couple of days later. When completed I was told that because it was so easy the fee would be $30. That's $50. cheaper than Rose Miller. So if you don't care about the cost go see Rose. Otherwise I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Bob S. Burnaby.

Great customer service, now I see why they have such great reviews here:). I was very disappointed in the way my case was handled with Winright. I contacted them initially on a Saturday via Yelp and followed up Monday. The friendly receptionist asked me to send in the paper work for the law team to review if they could help me. As time was of the essence, I quickly responded and sent in what they requested Monday. I followed up with an email Tuesday and when I did not hear back nearing the end of that day I phoned to enquire when I could set up an appointment. I was saddened to hear that the firm is too busy with other cases and they could not forsee a time when they could discuss my case with me. This exercise unfortunately cost me precious time in receiving an opinion on a time limited case. I am extremely disappointed they did not inform me from the beginning that they didn't have the time to meet with me (for 30 min!) to give an opinion. I wish I was posting another 5 star review after using their services, but my experience with them was anything but.

I completed my purchase smoothly; the staff are great and the lawyer Ferhad Sean Amiri are very knowledgeable and helpful. He embarrassed my wife in front of the staff, continued to discuss our personal financial information in the lobby, and was ignorant of the final disbursement. Please avoid this lawyer at all costs. I asked him to please stop discussing our personal business in the lobby when we went to pick up the check. He said we weren't his clients and that we didn't make an appointment, both of which are lies. He was completely ignorant that his firm had withheld funds for contingency costs, and when I asked him for a final schedule of payouts, it escalated to where he threatened to call security. Meanwhile, his clerk was trying to inform him that I was right, there was a second check.
