They didn't clean them but stripped them and left splotches all over. There are areas that weren't even touched at all. Friends have said it looks like dog pee everywhere. They sent another crew to fix it but they didn't and when sent crew for 3rd time they walked in and said no and left. They refuse to send management out to actually look at it! Now they are telling me it's my fault (I'm not a flooring specialist, that's supposed to be them) and won't refund what I paid so I can find someone else to fix it.
