If I could do 0 stars I would. I just bought a new house and not knowing what was on my tile floors I had them clean them. They didn't clean them but stripped them and left splotches all over. There are areas that weren't even touched at all. Friends have said it looks like dog pee everywhere. They sent another crew to fix it but they didn't and when sent crew for 3rd time they walked in and said no and left. They refuse to send management out to actually look at it! I had my carpets cleaned this morning by Sunrise Chem-Dry today, and I am *extremely* satisfied!!! Zeke and Paige were an outstanding team and were excellent representatives of the company: courteous, friendly, kind, responsible, hard-working, positive, and dedicated to doing a complete, detail-oriented job in a timely manner. Living in Phoenix, we are surrounded by desert dust that we're not even aware of. If I put a new air filter in my A/C intake, it goes grey-brown in a week's time. If that filter is picking that up ... what kind of "invisible dust" are our carpets entrapping? And unlike being able to change a filter, I can't change my wall-to-wall every month. My carpets were getting to the point where I didn't want to lay down on them to stretch or do exercises because I would essentially be grinding my body into a dirty unable-to-change air filter. Other carpet cleaners use soap-based cleaners. No matter how much the carpet is rinsed, that process leaves a soap residue behind. And that soap residue is like a magnet that attracts dust, dirt and grime and traps it in your carpet again. So you call your carpet cleaner, they clean your carpet with soap. It looks great. So... One star just so I could write some thing here. They were responsive and came to treat a stain on my sofa within a week. The technician recommended using an enzyme treatment for a pet stain. Well it ruined all of the fabric on my very expensive Restoration Hardware sofa! I called the next day and the owner was quite rude and said it was my fault and that they didn't want to treat and I MADE them...:) She said they would refund my cleaning fee but I asked for them to cover at least part of my sofa replacement. They never refunded the money, never responded to multiple calls and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I guess it's small claims court next. Good luck and beware! read more

I have an older dog that pees in the house and I had another carpet cleaner in that I had used before to get the smell out and they did a great job with the dirt but not the urine smell. I saw that Chem-Dry did P.U.R.T (urine removal) and they sure did! Nice not to have to sit on the couch and smell the awful urine smell now. Brian was very friendly but professional. He and his colleague arrived right on schedule. We expected that it might take a couple of hours and we're very pleased that it was much shorter time than that and our carpets looked great. Honest, reliable and fast! I called on Friday and David's team was here today (Tuesday) finishing up my entire upstairs in less than 2 hours. My carpet is only a couple of years old but was victim to a few minor dog accidents (which the team easily located using a black light!). After previewing the job they did not try to tack on or up-sell me which I appreciated. Since my carpet was still pretty new and had not been cleaned before, they explained the "StainMaster" coating used on new carpet likely kept it from being more damaged by the dog spots but to be aware that cleaning it would wear that coating down slightly. He arrives early and does not give you a quote then return with a much higher bill during or after the job. David is honest, hard working, knows his business and is a local family businessman.
