I have a new build home and wanted to seal the grout in my tile. Sir Grout (who I found via Yelp but is featured in the East Valley 2026 Best Pick guide for home services!) sent someone out to my home for an in-person consultation. This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. This was the second time Sir Grout has brought our slate floors back to life but we also asked if there was anything that could be done with our master bath ceramic floor tile that I was sure needed replaced. When they had finished with the flooring it looked and felt better than install which says a little about the install but much more about the level of detail and performance by Sir Grout. Lastly, and this is even more rare than getting the service you feel like you paid for, is that Sir Grout has employees that were with the company 10 years ago when we first used them. A year later and a lot of the grout in the tile shower is failing -- I had hoped for a longer term solution.

We had a miscommunication with our flooring company and got white grout with our wood-style title. To make wood-style tile look like a hardwood floor, you need grout that matches the tile's color. Brian from Sir Grout gave me a very reasonable quote to recolor all 1,500 sf of the grout. They moved all the furniture, scrubbed the tile clean, and put everything back. After they left, I found two closet floors that were missed, and they came back within a few days and got those too. I would use Sir Grout in the future!
