Through their knowledge about my condition they have taught me what I need to do to keep my pain at a minimum and how to treat it when I overdo an activity or stop my routine and I start feeling worse again. The arthritis will never go away completely but I've learned how to manage it. I used to rely on anti-inflammatory medications to manage the pain but now I don't need to.
