Even so I tried to tip in $20 extra for the trouble he refused to take it and then he went around my car and for free took out every car being in both of my doors I thought that was so kind and I was so impressed that I didn't have to leave my car for a couple of days or feel ripped off by body mechanics who usually want to charge a female 3 to $500 for any kind of damage to their car. I currently pay over $120 per month to wash my vehicles here because of the convenient location, and while I understand that busy periods happen, I consistently leave feeling frustrated with the experience. I've visited other Super Star Car Wash locations that are well-maintained and provide excellent service, so I know the company is capable of much better. Unfortunately, this location does not meet those standards. My most recent interaction with the manager was also disappointing. I hope the company makes some steps to improve this location. Low quality service and their membership is a complete and utter scam! Below is my story of getting…read morescammed by this company so that you can avoid this company. On June 25th I went to get my car washed at the Midlothian location and was told about a special where only $0.01 was due for the first month of my membership and then I would be charged a monthly fee thereafter. On the 25th, one of the workers took my license plate and personal information to set me up with a "membership". On July 5th, thinking I had a membership, I went back to get my car washed. The service member at that time scanned my car and didn't find an associated membership so I was charged $11 for that wash. Since then I have was charged $21.99 on July 25th and then again $21.99 on August 25th, which have been disputed with my credit card. When I call Wash Masters to cancel this "membership", I can't talk to someone and it sends me a link to sign into my membership to cancel it and it doesn't recognize my phone number or email. Odd coincidence that neither my license plate or personal information match with this membership that your service members inputted making it basically impossible to cancel? I'm confident that the worker put in false information to make the cancellation process near impossible so that I would continue being charged a monthly fee. He likely thought I am a woman who rarely looks at my finances but little did the guy know I am a financial planner who is so disappointed in businesses like this one. I was further disappointed that a company like this exists in Midlothian where we have such a robust Christian community
