I recently moved to the area and needed a new car wash membership and debated on all of my options within a 5 mile radius - and something just drew me into this location. I literally chose a package without visiting first and - after my visit I'm glad I did! This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. They handed me a little air freshener and wipe before going through the wash. (It's the little things.) There are several vacuum / dry off locations available. I'm obsessed, and can't wait to return. What a complete joke (scam?) of a car wash! Paid for the most expensive wash. The photos are right after the one-mile drive home and are really all that are needed to explain and justify my one-star review. Looks worse coming out than it did going in! Usually when you get "the best" wash at a place, it's visually obvious what you're getting; it almost felt as if every car going thru this very short car wash was getting the exact same worthless wash. Then I GUESS the way they (attempt to?) give you the air freshener and dash wipes (THAT YOU PAID EXTRA FOR!!!) is the guy spraying your car right before you head into the wash barely waves something at you as he's spraying soapy water at your windows. Even if you realize what it was (I didn't until it was too late) you're expected to open your window?? It's as if the dude gets compensated for all those that he DOESN'T give away, because he had little desire to make it obvious. About the vacuums: I had to try three different ones to find one that had even the least bit of suction. Which was just that: THE LEAST BIT!!! It also appears as if non-paying customers can just drive up and use the vacuums for free which not only explains why so many were already taken but I'm sure contributed to the only open ones being worthless. There weren't any clean microfiber towels in any of the bins. I walked to all of them and they were all empty. The vacuum hoses were gross and wet and also sticky. They vacuum hose tip also kept coming off and since it was all sticky it was just annoying to deal with. I'd never go back and it wasn't worth the $10. read more

The last 4-5 times I've been here, there were no towels in the bin. BUT they make sure they have someone ready and waiting to try and persuade you to get a membership. Have that person fill bins in between waiting or something. You added more lanes. Great. More bins came with more lanes. Keep them filled. I had to ask for the few that are in the photo. You've been open an hour or so. No excuse. read more

This is the sorriest run car wash ever. My car jumped off the track and had over $7500 worth of damage done to the car. There is no phone number you can call to reach these folks. They have an automated line that will never answer. They have no intention of calling back. After 4 visits to the car wash I was told they have cameras and would get back with me. 38 days later they came back and said it was my fault but they refused to share the video with me. I was told it was "proprietary information" and they could not share it. If your car gets damaged it will always be your fault. Run from these people as fast as you can. Not to mention no towels and the vacuums rarely work. This place is a joke and run by thieves! read more

Went through the car wash on Saturday 6/21/25 at around 9:45am. An attendant helped me with the self service machine. As expected, she recommended the subscription plans, but I drive a 2010 occasional driver and don't need the silver platinum - just a decent car wash to knock off the dust. She pointed at the $18 wash, and I asked her if it was the basic wash. She said yes. Twice. Thought it was expensive but there were cars behind me, and I could not go anywhere. So, I did it and learned later that there WAS a basic wash available for less that was deliberately not offered to me as part of deceptive upselling practices. Hopefully this was a one-off and not how the staff is trained. By the way, I visited their website and gave them the opportunity to fix, but no one responded. Total waste of money!! I bought the Super Protect wash which was $22. It's their most expensive car wash and includes everything. What a waste of money. You're supposed to get free car fresheners and dash wipes which they were out of. The bays were filthy!! Trash all over the floors and over flowing trash cans. NO clean microfibers were available!! The vacuum hoses were disgusting to handle and barely worked. AND my car was still dirty I had to go through the wash a second time and it was still not clean!! No thanks. I will stick with Mi-T-Fine where they hand wipe down your car for a cheaper price! Save your money and a time!! read more

Just like the other recent low reviews on here. I warn all perspective consumers that the salesperson at the kiosk will sign you up for a MONTHLY Pass and not allow you the consumer to purchase a one-time car wash. I told the salesperson four times that I didn't want the MONTHLY Pass, just a one-time car wash for me please, the salesperson assured me the first three times that I would get unlimited car washes for 30 days, after the fourth time I advised them again I didn't want the MONTHLY Pass they said "okay" and that they didn't sign me up for the MONTLY Pass. I should have known better, as I noticed the company deducted a $19.95 charge for a MONTHLY Pass that I advised the salesperson four times that I didn't request nor asked to purchase. Only one word comes to mind after this experience and it is a very simple word, plain and simple, FRAUD. I called the companies listed Customer Service number of (632) 536-5956 as stated on their website. No representative answered the call, it went straight to a recording stating to use the website to communicate with the business. So, as you see the company sends you on a Wild Goose Chase as a way to frustrate the consumer in attempting to get their money back that the company was given no authority to take after the consumer UNWILLINGLY agreed to. 1. I'm not going to use a website to communicate with a company committing FRAUD, plan and simple. 2. I'm not going to go to your business in person to communicate with a company committing FRAUD. I did what every other consumer that was preyed upon and victimized by this company should do. I contacted my Financial Institution to report the FRAUD committed against me by this company. The company can deal with the Financial Institution and explain to them why they're engaging in FRAUD. Lastly, the salesperson was very pushy during the process of the transaction and attempted to up sale me on the car wash I requested this action alone turned me off this car wash. Just the fact that the company is using Wave Wash's prior star rating is another turn off as well. I know this because I had to update my prior review for Wave Wash on Google in order to review Super Star Car Wash. read more

The price point isn't too bad, I usually go for the $7 wash and my car comes out clean. They have free high power vacuums around the wash if you want to clean your car after the wash. read more

Today was my last straw with this car wash. I am normally a pretty easy going person but it seems that every time I return to this location things progressively get worse. My car is never clean and I just learned to deal with it. Normally the vacuum pressure is subpar but they get the job done with some extra effort. Today however I went to 4 different stalls to see if I could find just one working vacuum. I finally gave up and went to the next closest car wash where I realized I have been missing out on quality service by going to this car wash. Not to mention I pay the monthly prices which were immediately canceled after today. And lastly about 2 months ago I was in the tunnel when the vehicle in front of me slammed on their brakes causing the machine to run my car into the back of theirs. While at the wash the employees had me fill out paperwork and said they would reschedule out the following day. I patiently let a week pass before going back to the wash to see if any updates were available. They let me know that they do not deal with claims which was understandable and gave me a phone number to call. I call the number and a robot leads me to the website to reach out to them. After another week goes by I finally get a response from someone saying it's going to be more time for them to make a decision. It has now been 2 months of radio silence. They really are the worst business I've ever wasted my hard earned money on. read more

I did the $7 car wash and my car is clean! It hasn't been washed for many months, so you know the dirt was pretty stuck on there. My friends and family might not be as embarrassed now! Lol! This is my first time here and I drove up to the automated machine, selected the wash I wanted, paid via cc, got my receipt, then drove to the entrance of the washing area. I was directed/guided in and happily put my car in neutral. I was pleasantly surprised how things didn't look old and grungy! Bonus: The entire process was contactless. They have free vacuums, but I didn't have time to try them out. Next time. I will definitely come back! Oh, and there are also monthly options for those who would like to keep their vehicles shiny. Don't sign up for the monthly plan unless you plan on going there the rest of your life! When we moved from the area, we couldn't get them to stop auto drafts on the website or in person. My vehicle received damages on 7/28 due to something caught on the track however the conveyor belt continued to move my vehicle forward and causing it to crash into the truck in front of my car causing damage. I have not received a call in response to my claim to corporate nor from that location as I was initially told upon completed my claim form. This is a very efficient place to get your car washed. I was pressed for time on a Saturday night and really needed a wash, I appreciate how they had 3 lanes and self-payment kiosks to speed the process up. Even though there were a lot of cars, it moved very fast. I did the $18 full works and thought my car came out very clean, but it was not enough to get bug splatter off (mostly my fault because I let it sit for too long). I also appreciate the free and easy to use vacuums, but wish they had an option to purchase fragrances. A good place to go if you're in a pinch read more

Big difference between this location and the next closest one. Save yourself time and trouble and the cost of increasing your blood pressure meds and go to the other one. Employees are rude, won't answer phone when we tried to call and file a complaint. Repeatedly. Attitude bc she had to actually get off her stool inside and walk over. That 20 feet of exercise just devastated the poor girl. She was so put out by it that she snapped at us then turned and walked away. We literally backed out of the lane and left the wash altogether. Mr/Mrs boss, please give this girl some five hour energy (or a cattle prod attached to a button in the lanes ) so she's a bit more motivated to earn her money that she thinks she's entitled to for sitting and being a punk to customers. read more
