Visited this location for the first time recently for a movie screening. While waiting in line, I took some time to look over the concession menu and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food and snack options available. I especially liked that the nachos offered different chip choices, including Doritos and Flamin' Hot Cheetos, which was a fun touch. That said, I was definitely caught off guard by the prices. I personally couldn't justify paying $10 for a fountain drink. The auditorium itself was comfortable, with reclining seats that made for an enjoyable viewing experience. I also appreciated that, even though my seat was closer to the front, it didn't feel uncomfortably close or leave me craning my neck throughout the movie. Overall, I had a good experience, and if I'm ever in the area and want to watch a movie spontaneously, I'd go back but it wasn't enough to pull me away from my preferred theater. read more

Wee come here 2-3 times a month, today was such a bad experience. We arrived early and when I tried to use the restroom before the movie I was stopped by Jermaine, I advised I was going to the restroom before getting our $55 consessions for our movie he was very rude during the interaction. They after getting our snacks we had to pass thur Jermaine once again, he was rude while telling us we could not go in yet we had to wait 10 more mins, so my husband went to the restroom while we stood by to hols his drink and then Jermaine yells at us to go to lobby. Jermaine needs to learn how to be polite if he is going to be one off the Two people that customers are going to interact with. read more

Regal Crocker Park & IMAX is a movie theatre at Crocker Park. It happens to be my favorite movie theatre on the West Side. That's saying a lot, I really love comfort and I'm very picky! I've been to this movie theatre a million times over the years most recently attending movie screening of "Regretting You." AMENITIES: The theatre is multi-floor massive building (escalator available). The theatres have very comfortable new-ish recliners and sufficient leg room. I love how you can keep reclining and people can still pass by. Every seat has drink holder. The theatre also has fun activities to do prior to the movies - some games (arcade type) and Photo Booth ($6 for 3 poses and 3 printed pictures). New at this location and movie posters! Oh, how I wanted this in college when I was adorning my walls with all the movie posters. Also, can't beat the location - Crocker Park and Promenade Plaza are nearby for fine dining and ultimate date night. CONCESSIONS: Concessions here seldom have lines at least when I stepped by. It cost me $21.58 to get large popcorn and large soda. The portions are so huge that I could have split it with multiple people. By the end of the movie I had popcorn for another 3 movies! PARKING: The parking is available at covered garages in Crocker Park. I usually park at Promenade and walk over to the movie. I find it much easier to navigate out to the highway. SCREENING: My latest visit was for Gofobo screening of "Regretting You." The screening organizers invited my book club (CLE Gals Bookclub) to the screening. We had such a fun night! There was free movie merch like apparel, posters, bags, and cups. All so cute and high quality! The screening line was very efficiently moving and it was the easiest screening process I've ever attended! The film was such a feel good romance. It officially hits the big screen on Friday, October 24. Go see it! I loved being part of this experience! I would highly recommend this movie theatre and any screenings held here! This Regal location is your typical movie theater. What I like about this location is it is convenient, has a lot of concession options (including alcohol), has a lot of movie time options, and has the reclining chairs. Like many theaters the prices of a movie ticket has gotten a little outrageous. As well as the price of confession food. My most recent trip to this theater I got a small pop and a small popcorn and it was $20. I feel like that's a little bit steep. My biggest gripe about this location is you no longer can buy tickets from a person. They have kiosks set up at the front of the theater before you go in. The recent day that I went, none of them seemed to be working. Because of that, my friend and I decided to buy our tickets online, but then we had to pay a processing fee, which I didn't really feel like was fair based on the fact that their own kiosks didn't work. It was a little bit frustrating for a visit, but by the time we got our popcorn and got into a movie, we were excited to watch the show. read more

Regal.. more like plebeian! - look it up. Place is due for a Rehab. The bathrooms are ok, carpets are getting there, but the seats are horrific. The pleather coating is worn away & the fabric backing is exposed & all nappy! Which means it's not wipeable & thus absorbs smells, spills & grime. Abhorrent!! QUICK REVIEW -- This movie theatre is good because it has reclining seats. However, the snacks/drinks are way too expensive. This is located in Crocker Park mall so it's relatively safer coming here to watch movies. The bathrooms were dirty (floor wet and unclear if that was water or urine) - the dirty bathroom was most likely just from messy patrons as supposed to the staff not cleaning it often but who knows. THEATRE ROOM/MOVIES (5/5) -- I saw Wakanda Forever here last year (2022) and Knock at the Cabin here in February 2023. I've seen other movies here too and I like the theatre. The seats are comfortable and the sound system is solid. SERVICE (5/5) -- I've never had any issues with customer service. SNACKS/DRINKS (2/5) -- I normally don't buy anything at a movie theatre because I bring my own snacks but recently when I visited in February 2023, I was really thirsty. So, I bought a 16oz bottle of water and much to my dismay, it almost cost $6. I mean, WOW!! These are airport prices and really uncalled for. Sure, I had the money but that's besides the point. Crocker Park Theater is in need of a serious makeover. It is old and outdated and the seats are in terrible shape. There are stairs to climb everywhere and it's a crapshoot whether or not the elevator works. I enjoy this location as you can park for free in the Crocker Park parking garage and walk to the theater and go shopping and have a nice place to eat at multiple options nearby. This theater is clean, has decent popcorn, leather recliner seats, the option to reserve your seats online, and cheap matinee prices. It also has a game room to entertain the kiddos before or after the movie and adult beverages on sale as an option also. Great option for a relaxing time at the movies! read more

TL; DR - This theater pre-sold us tickets to a movie knowingly aware they had no in-theater heat on a frigid 30 degree Cleveland winter day. We hadn't been to the movie theater in over 2 years due to COVID and were very excited to see a film we've been following. We purchased 2 tickets to a less busy time/day and drove to Westlake. Upon immediate entry into the theater, it was absolutely freezing. No heat was on, but cool winter air was being blown around in the theater. I immediately went and notified a ticket taker. She informed me their management was aware of this, and deeply apologetic, and shared her personal thoughts she didn't feel it was safe for patrons to be seeing films inside theaters that cold (the common areas had heat but theaters did not). With my jaw on the floor, I returned to my theater. We tried to stick it out (afterall, we made a long drive) while all fully bundled up in winter coats...but it was absolutely just too cold. In short, it was ridiculous. We didn't want to get sick, so we left and asked for a refund about 30 mins into the film. The manager begrudgingly gave a refund but it was a profoundly awkward interaction. I try to be extremely patient during these times, but I found this action very ableist and disturbing. Even schools close when they have no heat. If they knew they had no heat, they should have not sold us tickets. We ended up renting the movie, at-home, days later on VOD for $20, and not getting sick. read more

What a good experience. I haven't been here in a very long time. They changed the seats to reclining chairs. My sister and I saw jumanji 2 on Saturday. We were in a smaller theater, it wasn't terrible but if you are going to see a movie I suggest getting there early, they do number and row seating now! Snacks and pop corn on point! Always a little expensive but it's the movies. It was clean, bathrooms were nice and clean as well. The only thing that I didn't like, the bathroom has hand dryers but they don't have automatic faucets, so there is some cross contamination there. Anyways, I'll be back in the future! Had a hard time posting this review. I do not like posting low reviews of places unless I've been there multiple times or something outrageous happened. I went to see a movie here in IMAX. Paid the IMAX price. I was extremely disappointed by the state of the theater, the lack of cleanliness, and the terrible quality of the images on the screen. It was a subpar experience. It was not IMAX. I don't know what that was but it was not like any IMAX theater I have ever gone to and I'll never pay to go to that one again. read more

I like these theaters, but I have to give the service there only 3 stars. I went to see a 430 matinee on rcc value day and the lines at the concession was so long I had to watch my movie with no drink. I even went back 2 times during the previews, and still the lines were long. Either they need to hire more people or open up more than just 2 lines. read more

Really appreciate the reclining seats as I have a chronic pain disorder and otherwise wouldn't be able to sit through the theater experience. The staff does a good job of keeping debris at bay and the food register staff are very pleasant and outright patient when you're trying to figure out wait times for certain foods. And we wonder why cinema theaters are dying.., Tried to see a movie today. Bought tickets on-line in the ADA handicapped seats, as my wife is in a wheelchair. Total in our party= 6. Got to theater, ready to go to our seats, and we were told there's no way to get the wheelchair to the movie because the elevator is out of service. But, in a happy voice, we were told they hope to have it repaired in 3 days. Great way to end an attempt at a fun day. The other 4 people went into the movie, "Champions," a movie about a coach of a special-needs basketball team. BTW, 3 of the 4 seeing the movie are special-needs young adults. But the mom in the wheelchair was turned away. Oh the irony!!! read more

By far my favorite theater in the area. As clean as any theater and priced competitively. All the staff has been pleasant in my visits. Like any other theater experience, the snacks cost way more than the ticket. Cool thing is you can snag an adult beverage to accompany your bucket of popcorn. The big "love" is the comfort in the actual theater. I get to pick my seats and recline all the way back like I'm at home. The rows are far enough apart there is never that awkward reentry if you had to run to the restroom. Definitely the place to go in this area to enjoy that summer block buster! read more

Piss Poor Experience. Arrived at the theater to find out the concessions were out of butter for popcorn, the slushee machine was out of order (which is what my 12&14 year old children were looking to order), and small and medium cups (which would have been their second choice). When I asked the cashier if they had any discounts or deals going on because of all the items they were out of, he appeared indignant and told me there was nothing he could do and I'd have to contact the corporate office. The lack of accountability from someone in customer service was just disappointing. When I asked about getting a refund for the tickets I purchased online, I was informed I could not receive a refund since we were within an hour of the movie start. My position was that policy made sense under normal circumstances, but if I had been aware of the missing items I wouldn't have purchased the tickets. Just an overall bad time. Purchased tickets, bought snacks and drinks and scanned my tickets only to learn that the theater was down about 30 stairs and the elevator was out of order. My father can't handle stairs so the whole afternoon at the theater was shot! Very disappointing in Regal's neglect for their patrons by being non-ADA compliant. read more

This location is the closest one to our home so this is the most frequented... usually the experience is ok. The theater is generally pretty clean and the chairs are roomy and comfortable. Most we get is a tub of popcorn and coke or sometimes a beer or two (cant arrive too close to movie start time of you want a beer as most of the people that work the counter are underage and have to summon a manager to complete the transaction). Otherwise the menu is largely unappealing. Went to check out Clint Eastwoods' "The Mule" on Friday Jan. 18 and was pretty disappointed. The movie itself was entertaining enough, however, the temperature of the theater fluctuated in maybe 10 minute intervals. At one moment the air conditioner felt it was battling 90 degree temps (mind you its the middle of winter) while the next moment -the heat felt as if itd melt off my ears! I exited the theater to find a manager and explained the problem, he brushed it off with an unbothered 'ill look into it' type response... By the time id returned, id missed 15 minutes of the movie and was pissed. And no, it wasnt taken care of.. $50 for tix and concessions for THAT experience??!! No. Ill travel the extra 15 minutes to strongsville or sheffield theaters next time. read more

I'm a fan. I really like Regal Cinemas - is that because it's inside of Crocker Park and close to places I love to eat & shop? Sure. Is it because I love taking the bridge to the "across the street" theatres and looking out the window like a little kid at the cars passing underneath me? Sure. Is it because Transformers III looked really sweet in IMAX 3d and I love the way when you're in that theatre that you FEEL the sound inside your chest? Yes. The prices are pretty typical of most theatres nowadays, & I'm not talking the dollar theatre folks. From what I hear they're turning the Detroit Theatre in Lakewood into a McDonald's? :( I digress... If you're trying to see an IMAX movie, let alone a 3d one - you're looking at like $17 bucks a ticket, painful? Yes. But! The upside is you can join the "Regal Crown Club" - I truly think this is a hidden gem, because few of my friends have one of these cards (which are FREE mind you) - and you can earn points that get you free pops, popcorns, AND movie tickets! The concessions area appears clean, the staff has always been friendly, and I haven't stepped in any nasty left behind gum and/or trash in one of the theatres... yet. One of my favorite things is to arrive early and get one of the coveted front of the theatre seats - I'm not talking about the front, front, where you stare straight up and get a neck ache... I'm talking first row of the stadium seats - you know the ones with the metal bar you can put your feet up on? Yeah, those. There are many pluses and minuses to this theater. Actually way more pros then cons... however ... none of that matters to me in light of the filthiness of the place. I'm sorry, but every time I have been to this theater the bathrooms and even the hallways are incredibly dirty and littered. Tonight was no exception. And it was a quiet Sunday night, so there were no rowdy teenagers around to blame for the mess tonight. In fact the place was very quiet tonight while we were there .. and yet every inch of the facility was just down right dirty and no one bothered to sweep up or clean up anything from the weekend, by the looks of it. It's completely ridiculous.. is there no one in charge there? Seriously? The same mess was everywhere I looked before and after our movie. It's a public health issue at this point. I'm not exaggerating. It also smells like a musty diaper. In general I expect a much higher standard at Crocker Park. Very shocked. I was totally grossed out ...and will gladly drive out of my way to go pretty much anywhere else for my next movie theater experience. read more
